The complications in the early stage, related parameters, and the incidence rate of infection and mortality in the later stage were evaluated respectively. Results: The incidence rates of renal dysfunction, shock, cardiovascular failure and gastrointestinal hemorrhage, the score of acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ and the frequencies of pulse and breath in the severe hypoalbuminemia group were all higher than those in the mild hypoalbuminemia group (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). The differences of incidence rate of hepatic failure and the scores of Ranson and Balthazar CT between these two groups had no statistical significance (P＞0.05). The incidence rate of infection and the mortality in the severe hypoalbuminemia group were higher than those in the mild hypoalbuminemia group (P＜0.01) in the later stage of SAP.

Results: The total effective rate in union treatment group was 92.8%, the rate of purpuric nephritis is 7.1% after 4 weeks treatment, and the Recurring rate is 10.7% after 6 months. The effective rate of normal dose gamma globulin group was 89.7%, the rate of purpura nephritis is 10.3% after 4 weeks treatment, and the Recurring rate is 13.8% after 6 months.

The lower pregnancy rate was found in Group C,the highest abortion rate and ectopic pregnancy rate were found in Group C was 21.15% and 7.69% repectively,and was statistially different from that in control group (P.05).Conclusion Hydrosalpinx is detrimental to the outcome of IVF-ET and may cause the increase of abortion,appropriate procedure should be adopted to deal with the problem before the IVF-ET and may improve the outcome of IVF-ET and may decrease the abortion rate.

There was no difference of decrease rate of HAMD b et ween two groups in statistics (P＞0.05). There was a significant difference o f HAMD total score between before treating and after treating in two groups (P ＜0.05). Significant improvement rate was 80% in moclobemide group and 93.3 % in imipramine group. There was no difference of improvement rate between two grou p s. Decrease rate of HAMD was 75.6% and improvement rate was 90% in moclobemide open group. Side effect were similar among above three groups.

The cumulus cells of OCC were cut off and dispersed by 1 mL syringe.
