目的 探讨血浆置换治疗重症有机磷农药中毒的疗效。方法应用pe配合常规疗法治疗30例的疗效与31例对照组常规疗法作比较分析。结果 pe配合常规疗法较常规疗法治疗重症有机磷农药中毒，前者阿托品用量少，住院时间短，治愈率高，死亡率低。结论 pe配合常规疗法治疗重症农药中毒，可减少阿托品用量，缩短住院时间，提高治愈率，降低死亡率，因此pe不失为治疗重症农药中毒的一种有效的抢救措施。
