In the light of the complex, high-level and non-linear feature of the mathematical model which describe the transport of the coalbed methane, this paper study the fully-implicit solving method of the mathematical model in detail. Based on the complexity of the algebraic equations which are formed eventually, according to the alternating direction implicit difference pattern, this paper use the iterative method and the fully main element Gauss-Jordan eliminating method to solve equations, which is to use the iterative method to determine coefficient matrix and use the fully main element Gauss-Jordan method to solve th linear algebraic equation group, at the same time of studying the solving method of the mathematical model, according to the devising requirement of FORTRAN77 program structure, this paper draw up computer program and form the corresponding computer model, and verify the validity and reliability of the model in theory by operating the model.

重点研究了模型内、外边界及有关参数的处理，针对描述煤层甲烷运移的数学模型是一个复杂、高阶非线性数学模型的特点，详细研究了模型的全隐式求解方法，根据最后形成的代数方程组的复杂性，按交替方向隐式差分格式，采用迭代与全选主元高斯约当消去法相结合的方法求解方程：即确定系数矩阵采用迭代法，求解线性方程组时采用全选主元高斯约当消去法，在研究模型解法的同时按FORTRAN结构化程序设计的要求，编制计算机程序，形成相应的CBMRS计算机模型，并通过模型的运行从理论上证明了模型的正确性与可靠性。

The results were analyzed with the statistical software package spss10.0.results ①between two groups,there was no significant difference about the affection of age,sex and the destribution and location of aneurism on prognosis outcome(p＜0.05).however,the grading of hunt hess and fisher in group a(gos＞3) showed significantly lower than in group b(gos≤3),（p＜0.001）;② there was no significant difference in the frequency of heart rate, st elevation, st depression,t wave inversion,u wave inversion and ventricular arrhythmia(p＞0.05).the frequency of abnormal q wave, supraventricular arrhythmia and the ecg scores in group a showed significantly lower than in group b （p＜0.05,p＜0.001）;③the ecg scores was the most powerful multivariate risk stratified(ecg ≥5 vs ecg＜5; p=0.002,or=0.010,95%ci 0.001~0.173).conclusion the ecg score, a new and simple method of semi quantification, was a powerful risk predictor for patients with sah.

应用spss10.0 统计包分析结果。结果①在年龄、性别、动脉瘤生长部位影响动脉瘤性sah预后方面，两组病例无明显差异（p＞0.05）。而按sah后hunt hess分级和fisher分级，gos＞3病例的分级要明显低于gos≤3的病例的分级（p＜0.01）；②两组在心率、st段抬高、st段压低、t波倒置、u波倒置、室性心律失常出现的频率无明显差异（p＞0.05）；在异常q波和室上性心律失常出现频率及心电图评分方面，gos＞3的组别明显低于对照组（p＜0.05，p＜0.001）；③心电图评分是sah患者预后最显著影响的变量（p=0.002，or=0.010，95%的可信区间0.001~0.173）。结论心电图评分作为一种新型、简便的半定量方法，能有效的预测蛛网膜下腔出血病人的预后。关键词：心电图；预后；评分；蛛网膜下腔出血

In control group(n=38) the patients were given aminophylline tablets in addition to common antiphlogistic nebulization treatment;while in treat group(n=42) the aminophilline load were applied to assist the common antiphlogistic nebulization treatment.results in comparison with control group,the patients in treat group were more fastly liberated from asthmatic couphing and dyspnea(p.05),needed fewer days in hospital(p.05) and had an elevated cure rate(p.05).conclusion aminophylline load application as the assistant way is an effective,safe and economical method to fastly alleviate the dyspnea caused by bronchiolitis.

This dissertation puts forward a structuring method of some complicated problems as well as methods of combination of the judgment matrix on group decision basis demonstrates that these two ways strengthen the consistency of the judgment matrix.
