The results showed:(1) MP polymerase chain reaction test showed positive results in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid from all of the MP-infected rats (infectious group, n=4), while they were all negative in BALF from the control group (n=4,P＜0.05) and from those rats both infected with MP and, at the same time, treated with erythromycin (treating group n=4,P＜0.05). Bacterial cultures of the bronchial and lung tissue were negative in all three groups. Using transmission electron microscope the widened interalveolar septa with increased amount of collagen were found in the infectious group, while there were no obvious abnormalities in the other two groups.

Results Microstructure of callus showed that the area of mature trabecular in callus of OPFM group was smaller than that of CFM group, and was thinner with a wide intertrabecular distance. The dynamic parameters demonstrated that the fluorescent labeling percentage on the trabecular surface of OPFM group was lower than that of CFM group, but bone mineral apposition rate was higher.

Methods Twenty-four Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=6):① control group (inhaled 0.9% normal saline for 3 hours, twice every day);② enalapril self-control group 〔intragastrically administrated enalapril 0.5 mg/only〕;③ model group (stimulated with 4 mg/L acrolein for 3 hours, twice every day);④ enalapril interventive group 〔inhaled acrolein and intragastrically administrated enalapril 0.5 mg/〕.
