A total of 90 healthy male Sprague Dawley rats were selected for this study. Twelve rats were used for the sham operation group. The salt-resistance addition line Line15 was confirmed as a Disomic alien addition line by C-banding, SSR, FISH methods, and the two alien addition chromosomes had close correlation with the long arm of the second homoeologous group, the centromere region of the third homoeologous group and the short arm of the seventh homoeologous group. We also confirmed the particular C-banding type of the alien addition chromosomes by C-banding following FISH method. The drought-resistance addition line Line17 was found also as a Disomic alien addition line by SSR and FISH detection. The alien addition chromosomes had close correlation with the short arm of the second homoeologous group.

The GLDH gene expression showed a continuing reinforcing trend after morphine injection compared with control group, even after drug withdrawal. 结果：吗啡Ⅰ、Ⅱ组及停药Ⅰ、Ⅱ组大鼠肝脏GLDH mRNA含量分别为对照组的1.02、1.09、1.16及1.46倍，吗啡给药大鼠肝脏中GLDH基因表达随给药时间延长而持续增强，自然停药一定时间内大鼠肝脏中GLDH mRNA含量仍持续增高；吗啡Ⅰ、Ⅱ组及停药Ⅰ、Ⅱ组大鼠肝脏ADA mRNA含量分别为对照组的2.65、1.89、1.18及0.87倍，吗啡Ⅰ、Ⅱ组大鼠肝脏ADA的基因表达均比对照组明显增高，自然停药后大鼠肝脏ADA表达逐渐下降，停药7 d时下降至接近对照组水平。
