The topographical parameters have been analyzed by taking into account the thermal effect during the friction process. As the results, three kinds of typical topographical features have been observed for the worn surfaces of C G iron with various P content. Namely, C G iron with 0.05% P, 1.30% P, and 0.70% P show worn surfaces characterized by groove ridge, peak pits and their combined topography. The C G iron specimen with peak pits type worn surface topography showes the lowest wear rate and highest friction coefficient, while that with groove ridge type worn surface topography shows the highest wear rate and lowest friction coefficient. The groove ridge type worn surface has a relatively large value of surface height deviation and void volume ratio and negative large value of skewness, which is contrary to the peak pits topography.
结果表明:度销磨损表面主要呈现犁沟型、孤岛型及二者的混合型3种形貌特征,其中具有孤岛型磨损表面形貌特征的试样的摩擦系数较高,磨损率较低;而具有犁沟型磨损表面形貌特征的试样的摩擦系数最低,磨损率最高,分析表面形貌参数发现:犁沟型表面形貌具有最大的表面高度偏差和表面空隙率及高负值的表面高度分布参数;而孤岛型表面形貌的表面高度偏差和表面空隙率最小,表面高度分布参数为高正值。

The invention discloses a method to integrate single CMOS with bulk silicon microelectromechanical system, its technical project: 1 forming isolating groove: adopting deep-groove etching, and SiO2 and polycrystal silicon filling to realize the insulation of MEMS structure and CMOS circuit; 2 making standard CMOS circuit; 3 using SiO2 and Si3N4 as mask, etching silicon on the back until exposing SiO2 at the bottom of the isolating groove, to complete the thickness control for MEMS silicon structure layer; 4 completing metalizing the CMOS circuit and masking the MEMS structure: MEMS structure region uses Al as mask and CMOS circuit region uses thick photoetching glue as mask, using DRIE to release silicon structure.

This paper introduces the concept of automated intelligent tire design as basis, and then systemically presents the general framework of CAD 3-D digital tire model design platform. Its modules include the demand representation, demand preanalysis, product list generation, product list modeling, testing, tires knowledge-base and tire parts-base. The realizing process and key techniques of the product list modeling module are described, including calculation principle of groove section and groove modeling scheme ,and so on. This paper also introduces an improved algorithm of calculating groove centerline. Finally CATIA platform and VBA toolkit-based tire design system is established under detailed demand representation type.

After a thorough analysis, the groove combined with sintered metal or mesh screen has been found to be a better alternative. However, the groove combined with sintered metal will raise the flow resistance of the channel, and the aluminum substrate employed in this research cannot be sintered into a micro structure. As a result, the groove combined with mesh screen is finally chosen as the composite structure to enhance its capillary force and at the same time maintain its high permeability. In this way, the heat pipe will not fail due to the working angles.
