Then impact on the control model can be analyzed introducing by the fluctuating of the clinker's thinkness and diameter. a modeling method with three dimensions division is proposed. The Longbeige step-changing dichotomy is used to optimize the division time toward z direction. Then the mass balance and heat balance analysis for every cell derived from clinker's three dimentions division is presented. Finally, the clinker temperature field's unitary control model with deducing in x, y, z direction separately is constructed.

60例慢性重型肝炎患者按分层随机配对分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组给予常规护肝、降酶、退黄以及补充白蛋白等支持治疗，观察组在基础上加用HC-3000结肠途径治疗机透析治疗，每次先用结肠灌洗液间歇灌洗60min，深度50cm，然后注入由大黄、石首蒲、莱菔子、蒲会英、牡蛎、水牛角等组成的中药结肠透析液100~200mL，保留灌肠1~2h，每周2次，连续4周后观察患者主要症状、体征及并发症的改善情况，同时检测治疗前后肝功能(TBil、ALT、ALB、CHE)、凝血酶原时间和血氨(NH3)等指标。

Results The two groups were all observed and followed-up,the treatment group on therapeutic effect,the mucosa change under colonoscope and bowel mucosa pathohistology change were higher than that of the control group（the former efficiency were 93.18%、95.45%、95.45%）,and adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group.

Methods 200 patients attending for colonoscopy were randomly chosen and divided into control group(n=100)and mac group(n=100).control group was given normal colonoscopy.mac group was given fentanyl (1μg /kg) and propofol (1～2 mg/s) intravenously.if the patients reached classⅴ of ramsay score,inserted the colonoscope,and maintained with propofol 5～10 mg/min.
