To explore the functions of SPANXA1 in cancerous phenotypes CL1-5 cells were transfected with a SPANXA1 expressing vector and evaluated by cell proliferation, cell migration, Matrigel invasion and colony formation assays in vitro as well as mouse metastasis assays in vivo.
