The higher vocational-technical education is a new kind of higher education form. It is national in recent years to strongly promote. Its education target is to produce high-class profession talented people who are engaged in the technique of production or management in spot of working. It contains the higher education theories knowledge and technique technical ability of higher education.With China affiliation WTO, the economic fieetness develops, the higher education scale extend, the higher vocational-technical education boomingly developses.

高等职业技术教育是一种特殊类型的高等教育，是近年来国家大力推行的一种高等教育形式，它以生产或工作一线从事生产技术和经济管理的高级专业人才为培养目标，实施的具有高等教育理论知识和高级技术技能的职业技术教育和技术教育。

However, after I came to understand distance education more deeply, I find that network distance continuation education has many advantages. Firstly, it breaks through the limitation of time and distance. It enables the students all over the country to get instructed from those top level teachers, take the most advanced teaching method, and enjoy richer education information resource. Secondly, it profits in extending the teaching scope, providing more education chances and more flexible way of learning, which make it possible to let more people accept education. Thirdly, the modern network distance continuation, which is based on information, offers a good space-time platform for a lifelong learning. At last, the modern network distance continuation makes students to focus on self study, which help them to fully develop their proactivity, intuitivity and creativity. For the four reasons mentioned above, finally, I chose network distance continuation education as the way of my further education.

但是，经过深入了解之后，发现远程网络继续教育是有很多的优势的，第一，它可以突破时空的限制，使全国各地的学生都能接受一流水平教师的教导，接受最先进的教学方法，享有更丰富的教学信息资源；第二，有利于扩大教学规模，提供更多的学习机会和更灵活的学习方式，使更多的人可以接受教育；第三，以基于信息技术的现代远程网络继续教育，为终生学习的实现提供了时空平台，为人们提供更多开展的实施终身学习的机会；第四，现代远程网络继续教育以学习者自学为主，充分发挥学习者自主学习的主动性、积极性及创造性，综合以上四点，我最终选择远程网络继续教育作为我继续学习的途径。

The first part of the thesis analyses the meaning of civic and civic education. The author considers that civic education include civic political education, civic moral education, civic world-consciousness education and civic environmental education. In this part, the author also discusses the importance of strengthening civic education for the nonce in our country.

Nowadays, on the basic of resurveying this process, further study of the following three levels is of practical significance for carrying foreword quality-oriented education and for improving the quality of talents of higher education, the three levels are: the relationship of quality-oriented education, science and humanities education; the position and role of science and humanities education in the quality-oriented education; the integration of the science and the humanities education.

Thirdly, the imbalance of the higher education, including the imbalance of quantity and quality; the imbalance of the regions and the disjoint of higher education and development of society and economic. Finally , the disjoint of the development of the higher education and the elementary education.

根据对泰国高等教育发展现状的研究，我们可以总结出泰国高等教育发展的经验和存在的问题有：一、西化与本土化的关系处理得很好；二、市场主导作用的增加；三、发展不平衡，具体表现为：数量与质量发展不平衡、地区发展不平衡及与经济发展相脱节；四、高等教育与初等教育发展相脱节。

近年来，教育部门出台了一系列文件，高度重视学前双语教育的开展，大批财政资金开始向学前双语教育倾斜，越来越多的少数民族家长要求孩子从学前阶段接受双语教育。鉴于此，笔者以一所拥有近二十年双语教育经验的国办双语幼儿园为研究对象进行研究，本文主要介绍了国内外学前双语教育的研究成果，从幼儿(学习兴趣、在园使用汉语的频率)、家长(对儿童双语的支持力度、采取的有效方式、了解孩子的途径、双语态度)、教师(配置、使用汉语的状况、汉语水平、双语授课形式和能力、基本素质提高的需求和途径)和幼儿园(教学硬件设施配备、双语师资的培养和培训、双语环境、双语教材)四个方面阐述其红旗幼儿园的双语教育现状，与双语教学的相互影响。
