METHODS: The changes of proliferation rate and differentiation in HL-60 cells treated with ICA or TSA were observed by MTT test, surface marker analysis and NBT reduction reaction, and the effects on cell cycle and nm 23 gene expression by flow cytometry and RT-PCR.
