Because of the dynamic dependence of the fracture aperture, pressure and seepage, under certain conditions, changes in fracture aperture can lead to the formation of local water-passage, and the local emission of high pressure water, and thus promotes the formation of the sudden outgush disasters.

结果表明：洞室开挖完成后，在围岩渗流与应力耦合作用下，围岩中裂隙隙宽、裂隙中水压及其渗透流量的变化是一个动态过程，且相互作用与相互依赖；裂隙的闭合使得结构面水力梯度变大，作用在裂缝上的渗透压力增大，促进导水裂缝扩展，裂隙连通性增加；裂缝张开度增大，渗透能力增强，渗流量增大，其渗流压力相应降低；由于围岩中裂隙隙宽、压力和渗流量的动态依赖性，在一定条件下，裂隙隙宽的改变可导致局部水力通道的形成，高压水头从局部涌出，从而促进突水灾害的形成。

All fractures were classified according to Hardegger system:The scapular body fracture in 9 cases,the surgical neck fracture in 3 cases,the anatomical neck fractere in 1 case,the glenoidal lip fracture in 3 cases,the scapular spine fracture in 2 cases.

所有患者按Hardegger的骨折分型：肩胛骨体部骨折9例，外科颈骨折3例，解剖颈骨折1例，盂缘骨折3例，肩胛岗骨折2例。

Methods:Twelve patients with fresh transverse fracture of patella were reviewed in the study.The hemarthrosis,blood clot,fracture fragments and soft tissues between them were cleared with arthroscopy.With the help of C-arm X-ray,the fracture was reduced with manipulation method.After the articular facet reached anatomical reduction,two Kirschners were inserted percutaneously from proximal end to distal end of fracture to fix the fragments,Two hollow screw were put along the approach of Kirschners,and tension band fixation was performed with the shape of "8".Results:All the patients were followed up averagely 12.4 months.

12例新鲜髌骨横骨折患者通过关节镜清理关节腔内的血凝块、碎骨块和骨折块之间嵌顿的软组织，直视下观察骨折复位情况以指导骨折复位固定，在C形臂X线透视下帮助骨折复位，关节镜观察关节面解剖复位后，经皮从近折端向远折端平行打入2枚克氏针固定骨折块，顺克氏针拧入2枚中空螺钉，拔除克氏针，顺螺钉空心导入钢丝，行张力带&8&字固定。

Results In 50 cases of fracture of nasal bone, fracture of the frontal process of maxillary bone was found in 43 cases, fracture of lacrimal bone in 29 cases and fracture of orbital walls in 24 cases. Separation of nasomaxillary suture was found in 36 cases, nasofrontal suture in 14 cases, lacrimo-maxillary suture in 18 cases and internasal suture in 9 cases.

结果 50例鼻区复合骨折中均有鼻骨骨折，伴发上颌骨额突骨折43例，泪骨骨折29例，额骨鼻部骨折16例，眶壁骨折24例；伴发鼻颌缝分离错位36例，鼻额缝分离14例，泪颌缝分离18例，鼻骨间缝分离9例，额颌缝分离10例。

目的 总结胸骨骨折的诊断与治疗经验。方法依据胸骨骨折无移位、单纯胸骨骨折有移位，胸骨骨折合并有胸腹脏器伤等不同伤情采取不同的处理方法。结果全组15例中除1例合并有广泛肺挫伤、右主支气管破裂死亡者，其余均痊愈出院。结论胸骨骨折诊断不难，但诊断中要注意是否合并胸腹脏器伤。
