Materials and Methods: A 47-year-old woman complained of a right posterior thigh mass that she had discovered two months earlier. Serial examinations showed a large neurogenic tumor about 4.8 cm in maximal diameter originating from the right sciatic nerve. Intraoperatively, we found the tumor encapsulated by the stretching nerve fibers. It was feasible to peel off these fibers from the tumor; therefore, we removed the tumor without severing the sciatic nerve.

Objective To introduce the diagnosis and local injection treatment of the obturator nerve neuralgia. Methods 4 cases with 5 sides of certain diagnosed obturator nerve neuralgia in out patient department were selected and 3 of them treated by local injection of prednisolone plus local anesthetic to the nerve where it emerges from the obturator canal.

Methods All 380 patients with cerebral palsy, admitted from January 2003 to March 2008, were studied retrospectively. Result:Irradiation on injured sciatic nerve with power output of 15mW of diode laser could promote the nerve regeneration.At sixth and eighth week the motor nerve conduction velocity was significantly faster than control group.Any way,there was not any significantly different between 5mW,10mW laser groups and control group.

Methods Twenty eight pure New Zealand rabbits were used, of which four were for nerve localization and the rest were randomized into untreatment group and ultrashort wave groups, after the establishment of the nerve root compression models by inserting a silastic tube into the intervertebral canal to compress the sixth and seventh left lumbar nerve roots.

After high dose of stereotactic radiation, the degeneration and necrosis in nerve fibers could be observed under microscope.
