本文以马克思人学理论和西方激励理论为理论基石,以马克思人学思想作为建构激励管理模式的指导思想和哲学基础,通过对传统激励模式的反思,通过对中小学教师激励的逻辑基础的研究和外在因素的研究,对传统教师激励模式及思想做深刻反思,将传统中小学教师激励策略问题归结为人文性的缺失和价值追求的匮乏,并从中国文化、现代学校文化实际出发,借鉴西方激励理论中的精华思想,从哲学的视角定义了激励的内涵是行为主体根据对激励对象需要的理解而采取的相应的刺激方式,作用于被激励对象的动机、目的、行为,从而满足行为主体的目的。

Then the pile-soil stress characteristics and stabilizing mechanism of the composite foundation are fully discussed. Based on the close analysis of the influence factors of the vertical bearing capacity, circular aperture extension theory is employed to establish the computing formulas for the pile vertical stress and the foundation vertical bearing capacity, respectively. Moreover, with analyzing the features of the calculation parameters such as materials of gunite mortar, jet pressure, diameter of the jet pipe, pile length, pile layout, a design theory for chemical churning pile composite foundation is proposed. Then, the variation of the pipe deformation with loads, the deformation coordination of pile and soil are studied. And methods to decide pile-soil stress ratio and the compressive modulus are developed. Meanwhile, the corresponding design method and the design parameters are proposed. In addition, studies for construction technique and quality detection of the chemical churning pile composite foundation are presented.
在此基础上深入探讨了旋喷桩的桩土受力特性及其复合地基的加固机理,从影响旋喷桩复合地基竖向承载力的因素入手,基于圆孔扩张理论给出了桩体竖向应力及旋喷桩复合地基的竖向承载力计算公式;通过对喷射浆液、喷射压力选取、喷射直径估算、桩长及桩位设计等各种计算参数的深入分析和研究,提出了一套相应的旋喷桩复合地基设计计算方法;通过计算分析,深入探讨了旋喷桩复合地基变形随荷载变化规律、桩和桩间土变形协调关系、桩土应力比及复合地基压缩模量的确定,并提出相应的设计方法和修正参数;此外,结合工程应用,对旋喷桩复合地基的施工技术及其现场质量检测方法进行了较全面的探讨。

We used JC method to study the reliability of the settlement and Non-Uniform settlement degree of gantry crane foundation based on factors which influence the last settlement degree of railway foundation, and the same time, we utilized backfill construction parameter and the actual statistics data of earth backfilled on site.

The procedure is applied in two projects:(1) Shanghai Huanqiu finance center tower foundation pit dewatering, the complicated flow state of groundwater is simulated under these conditions which the aquifers deposite layer by layer, the bottom of the aquifers goes deep to 149m, the horizontal flow barrier goes deep to 34m, the extraction wells are penetrated to 55m, the filters of the extraction wells are located between 34m to 55m, and the water level in the deep foundation pit is decreased to 26m under land surface, the result of 8 pumping wells optimization project is designed.(2) The forth subway of Dong Jia-du tunnel repair foundation pit dewatering in Shanghai, the complicated flow state of groundwater is simulated under these conditions which the aquifers deposite layer by layer, the bottom of the aquifers goes deep to 144.45m, the horizontal flow barrier goes deep to 65m, the extraction wells are penetrated to 60m, the filters of the extraction wells are located between 45m to 60m, and the water level in the deep foundation pit is decreased to 42.45m under land surface, then an optimization project is designed.
