Finally, the characteristic of high-voltage device after avalanche breakdown is simulated and analyzed with Tuprem-4 and MEDICI, and it is concluded that high-voltage device can stand high voltage and large current, so the low-voltage VDD-to-VSS ESD protection circuits can be applied to high-voltage VDD-to-VSS ESD protection.
