This chapter holds China as a host country.(1) It analyzes the data concerning FDI in China and import and export of foreign investment companies, concluding that the foreign investment companies in China have large-scale internal trades.(2) After analyzing the traits of processing trade itself, the development history and traits of processing trade in China, a conclusion is drawn that a large amount of internal trades are contained in the processing trade. It also analyzes the impact of this internal trade on the import and export trade, international balance and international industrial competitive in China.(3) After analyzing the technological structure, absorbent, innovation of FDI utilization in China, the strategy of "exchange market for technology" and pollution concerning the technology introduction, some conclusions are drawn that many severe problems, such as the low-leveled technology introduction structure, low popularizing and innovating rate of technology, market occupation of foreign products, pollution accompany foreign investment, are all have close relationship with the motives and functions of the internal trade.(4) According to the problems and their influences internal trade have on China, suggestions are put forward that China should control internal trade through transferring price, localization and policies attracting foreign investors.

从中国作为东道国的角度，（1）通过对中国引进FDI及外商投资企业进出口贸易的实际资料的多视角分析，得出结论：中国境内的外商投资企业的内部贸易规模是巨大的；（2）通过分析加工贸易本身的特点、我国加工贸易的发展历程、我国发展加工贸易的特点，得出结论：我国利用FDI中的加工贸易包含着大量的内部贸易，并通过实际统计资料，分析了外商加工贸易中内部贸易对我国进出口贸易、国际收支平衡和国际产业竞争力的影响；（3）通过对我国利甩FDI中所引进技术的结构、消化和创新以及&以市场换技术&战略和技术引进中的环境污染等方面的分析，得出结论：技术引进结构低下、技术的传播、波及和创新效应低下、外商产品对中国市场的挤占、外商投资企业所带来的环境污染等重大问题都与跨国公司的内部贸易的动机和功能有关；（4）针对跨国公司内部贸易所产生的种种问题及影响，分析了中国重点应从转移价格、当地化和吸引外资政策三个方面对内部贸易进行管理。

As to domestic sector, the author discuss the influences of different exchange rate regime on growth, inflation, economic stability and financial deepening, and agues that:(1) the relatively fixed exhange rate regimes are more pro-growth for emerging economies;(2) the relatively fixed exchange rate regimes can be useful for control of inflation in developing countries, but it can also be replaced by other monetary rules like inflaiton-targeting;(3) fixed exchange rate regime woulde better to deal with nominal shocks when floating exchange rate regime better to deal with real shocks, but both of them can not entirely insulate the external shocks;(4) the improvement of financial deepening is faster under relative fixed exchange rate regimes.

This paper includes several parts: first, some important concepts of the thesis have been defined, a theoretical overview of currency crisis has been finished; then, we have described the history of the international monetary system; later, three chapes have been arranged to discuss the mechanism of currency crisis under fixed and floating and intermediate exchange rate system respectively. The part of the fixed exchange rate system mainly includes the analysis of the collapse of the international gold standard system, the Bretton Woods system and the the European Monetary System; in the part of the floating exchange rate system, the volatility problem under freely floating exchange rate system has been studied; the part of the intermediate exchange rate system mainly includes the analysis of currency crises in regional dollar standard system and the currency board system. And finally, we have analysed the inevitability of the appearance of new type regional monetary cooperation patterns, and how these cooperations avoid currency crises.

本文主要包括这样几部分：首先，对论文中涉及到的重要概念给予界定，并对货币危机理论进行系统梳理；接着，按时间顺序从总体上回忆国际货币制度的历史演进；然后，用三个章节分别研究了固定汇率制度、浮动汇率制度以及中间汇率制度下货币危机的形成机理，其中，固定汇率制度下的货币危机主要包括国际金本位制度和布雷顿森林体系的崩溃，以及欧洲货币体系的瓦解；浮动汇率制度下的货币危机，则重点分析了自由浮动汇率制度下汇率的过度波动问题；中间汇率制度下的货币危机，分别分析了区域美元本位及货币局制度下货币危机的发生机理；最后，分析了目前新型区域货币合作模式出现的必然性，及各模式下如何规避货币危机。

Based on the study of scholars at home and abroad and from the point of theoretical and empirical study, this paper analyses the impact of foreign trade and FDI over China's business cycle using many econometric methods such as Unit Root Test, Co-integration Tests, Granger Test, Pulse-response Function and variance decomposition based on VAR model and draws the conclusion as follows:Firstly,there is a close relationship among foreign trade, FDI and business cycle. Foreign trade and FDI are the important transmission channel of the economic cycle. Secondly, the impact to economic fluctuation from foreign trade is greater than that of FDI. Thirdly, In the long time, there is fine interactive circulation among foreign trade, FDI and economic growth. When the short-term deviation from equilibrium happens, there is a self-balanced mechanism in the system.Fourthly,the active effect outweighs the negative effect which the foreign trade and FDI brings.

本文在国内外学者研究成果的基础上，从理论和实证两个方面，运用单位根检验、协整检验、格兰杰因果检验、基于VAR模型的脉冲响应分析及方差分解等计量经济学的方法，从比较的角度分析了对外贸易及FDI对我国经济周期波动的影响，得出结论如下：首先，对外贸易、FDI与我国经济的波动有着显著的关系，二者是传递经济周期的重要渠道；其次，对外贸易对我国经济波动的影响要大于FDI的作用；第三，长期看我国FDI、对外贸易和经济增长之间形成良好的互动循环，当系统短期内偏离均衡状态时，系统存在一个自我均衡机制；第四，对外贸易及FDI对我国经济周期波动产生的积极效应要远大于它所带来的负面效应。
