ABSTRACT This dissertation, based on the theories of geography, ecology, economics, sociology and environmental sciences, has analyzed the impact of transition between cultivation and pasture animal husbandry on the mechanism of desertification in Kerqin Sandy Region, of which behavior mechanism of local people was emphasized. The changing direction of integrated land desertification control strategy in semi-arid regions was discussed after having explored the primary reasons of estrepement, overgrazing and excessive firewood gathering. Followings are the main research works having been done.

本文选取科尔沁沙地作为研究区域，以两种最主要的土地利用方式、也是两种最主要的生产方式——农、牧业作为研究对象，依据地理学、生态学、经济学、社会学与环境科学的基本理论与方法，基于现有研究资料的系统整合，结合野外调查的结果，从更加综合的角度，来研究农、牧业选择变化对沙漠化过程的影响机理，从农、牧业选择变化的角度来揭示&滥垦、滥牧、滥樵&的本质，进而寻求中国北方半干旱地区生态环境综合整治的对策。

In order to explore the mechanisms of auxin action and metabolism, as well as the changing characteristics of its relative enzymes, IAA content in strawberry fruits with different treatments was determined by HPLC. Content of IAA and the activity of IAO and POD in fruits treated by NPA or TIBA, the inhibitor of auxin transport, were analyzed to investigate the changing characteristics and possible source of auxin, as well as the relation among IAA, POD and IAO. Results were showed as the followings: there had a certain count of IAA in receptacles and achenes, and IAA content in achenes was higher than that in receptacles.

摘要为了探索草莓果实中生长素的代谢变化及其发挥作用的机理，利用HPLC定量测定了草莓果实发育过程中瘦果和花托中的吲哚乙酸，结合生长素运输抑制剂NPA和TIBA处理考察了草莓果实中IAA含量以及不同存在状态的生长素氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性变化，综合分析了草莓果实中IAA 的变化特性、可能来源及其与生长素代谢相关酶的关系。

According to the literatures of the Johannine theology, that is to say the Gospel according to John, the First Epistle of John, the Second Epistle of John, the Third Epistle of John, and the Revelation of Jesus Christ, this paper suggests that the Johannine theology is characteristic of the vocation of religious language as followings:"I-am" statements, Jesus' dialogues and praying for calling; The conception of time in them means the eschatology in the longue duree. Their author emphasizes the presentness in eternity as well as the eternity in the present.

本文依据约翰神学的文献，即《约翰福音》、《约翰壹书》、《约翰贰书》、《约翰叁书》、《启示录》指出：约翰神学在以下几个方面表现出宗教语言的指使性特征：&我是&的宣告、耶稣的对话性言说、吁请的祈祷；而它在时间观上的长时段的末世论的涵义意味着：作者约翰强调时间中的永恒与现在的关系，换言之，他认为永恒中内含现在、而现在中却内含着永恒。
