In the field condition, PAM-2100 chlorophyll fluorometer was used to observe chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics parameters of 18 winter wheat varieties in different growth stages, the correlations of 14 fluorescence parameters such as Fo were analyzed. Fluorescence characteristics of winter wheat varieties were comprehensive evaluated by the methods of factor analysis and cluster analysis.

These results did not support the hypothesis which suggested that the cell wall vesicles in the extreme apical zone were intracellular Ca〓 storages.
