Objective: To Sum up the experience of urethral fistula repair after hypospadias urethroplasty.

目的：总结通过改进手术方法、缝合材料，提高尿瘘一次修补成功率的经验。

Methods a retrospective review of hypospadias and urinary fistula in 42 cases treated, by using snodgrass urethroplasty, from 2002-2007 was done. of 42 cases, 30 were coronal and 12 penile type.

对2003～2007年我院应用snodgrass尿道成形术治疗的先天性尿道下裂病儿42例的临床资料进行回顾分析，其中冠状沟型30例，阴茎体型12例。
