Results In Onlay island flap group, there were 5 cases with urethral fistula （21%）, 1 case with neourethral dehiscence （4%）, and none with urethral stricture; In Snodgrass group, 7 cases with urethral fistula （18%）, 1 case with neourethral dehiscence （3%）, 1 case with outside of urethral stricture （3%）, 3 repeat surgery cases without complications.

目的 结合临床病理学特征和文献资料，重点讨论皮质旁骨肉瘤的x线特征。方法收集经手术、病理证实的皮质旁骨肉瘤病例4例，对其进行回顾性分析。结果 4例患者女3例，男1例，平均年龄30.5岁，肿瘤均发生于股骨远端后侧和腘窝处，表现为分叶状致密骨化肿块，边界清晰，其中1例边缘呈绒毛状改变，2例有细窄透亮带与骨皮质相隔，1例行血管造影，未见血管池等恶性征象。结论皮质旁骨肉瘤分为低度恶性和高度恶性两种，早期影像学表现有特征性，早期诊断有助于制订相应的治疗方案和评估预后。

RESULTS: One case with epiretinal membrane of macula,4 cases with eye fundus arterioscleresis,3 cases with diabetic retinopathy,1 case with retinitis pigmentosa,3 cases with choroidal atrophy,2 cases with macula degeneration,2 cases with branch retinal vein occlusion,1 case with periphlebitis were found in the glaucoma patients by panoramic 200,the disease rate: 13.6%;All diseases were confirmed by indirective ophthalmoscope.

Aiming at the currently shortage of XML streams quality detecting, this paper proposes a new forecasting method of XML streams quality by least squares support vector machines, which is used the method of XML keys' vector matrix as windows, and vector product wavelet transform to multilevel decompose and refactor the XML streams series, that can fulfill real-time checking demand of XML quality, and ensure constraint, consist- ency and integrality. For even more adapting net load, it proposes a control strategy by weight and adaptive adjustment to ensure XML streams quality.

针对当前XML数据流质量检测存在的不足，提出构建XML键的矢量矩阵作为窗口，利用矢量积小波变换多级分解与重构XML数据流，再结合最小二乘支持向量机对XML数据流质量进行预测的一种方法，满足XML数据流质量重构时实时检测的要求，保证XML数据的约束性、一致性与完整性；为了更好的适应网络负载，采取加权与自适应窗口调整等调度策略充分保证XML数据流的质量检测。
