Methods:Left tibiofibula open fracture bone flawed or damaged to amalgamate shin bone, amalgamate with side calf of the leg patient that artery damage at the same time,make the fibula with the base of a fruit of blood vessel of vein of calf of the leg to transplant,treat the shin bone bone flawed or damagedly.

目的：探讨带静脉血管蒂的腓骨移植治疗胫骨骨缺损的可行性方法：左胫腓骨开放性骨折合并胫骨骨缺损，同时合并同侧腓动脉损伤的病人，做带腓静脉血管蒂的腓骨移植，治疗胫骨骨缺损。

Results The long term results of the vascularized fibular graft varied in different types of bone defects.
