Bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells are capable of chondrogenesis, making them a possible source of cells for injectable cartilage tissue engineering. There exist different ideas on the ability of mesenchymal stem cells's chondrogenesis in monolayer culture. Because of this, the effect of adult rabbit's bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells chondrogenesis in monolayer culture was studied. The mesenchymal stem cells was isolated from adult rabbit's bone marrow and monolayer cultured. TGF-β1, Vit-C and Dexamethasone were used. Immunohistochemistry analyses and histological staining of H-E, Methylaniline blue and Alcian blue were performed to identify the expression of collagen type Ⅱ and cartilage associated matrix. The results showed that the induced cells expressed and produced collagen type Ⅱ and cartilage associated matrix. This suggests that the differentiation of adult rabbit's marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells into chondrocyte in monolayer culture is feasible and may be induced by TGF-β1, Vit-C and Dexamethasone.

骨髓基质干细胞的软骨分化潜能使其可能成为可注射组织工程化软骨研究的种子细胞，为探讨体外培养的骨髓基质干细胞在平面诱导条件下软骨分化的可行性，我们进行下列实验：获取并体外平面培养成体兔骨髓基质干细胞，应用TGF-β〓、Vit-C和地塞米松对其软骨分化诱导，诱导后的骨髓基质干细胞行细胞爬片组织学和Ⅱ型胶原免疫组化，结果证实，诱导后骨髓基质干细胞可分泌Ⅱ型胶原，组织学染色可见类似于软骨细胞，由此证明体外培养的骨髓基质干细胞在平面诱导条件下可以软骨分化，其软骨诱导因子为TGF-β〓、Vit-C和地塞米松。

Results: The results showed that:(1) The three types of NOS immunoreactivity were not found in rat testis until 30 days after birth;(2) NOS1 immunoreactivity was found in a few spermatocytes in rat testes on postnatal 30 days, and in spermatozoa present at the lumen surface of seminiferous tubules and some Leydig cells on postnatal 60 days;(3) NOS2 immunoreactivity appeared in a few spermatocytes, Sertoli cells and peritubular myoid cells on postnatal 30 days. On postnatal 60 days, NOS2 immunoreactivity appeared in some Leydig cells, peritubular myoid cells, Sertoli cells, very few spermatocytes and the head of immature spermatozoa in some seminiferous tubules;(4) NOS3 immunoreactivity was detected in a few spermatocytes on postnatal 30 days, as well as in the smooth muscle cells of blood vessels on postnatal 30 days and 60 days.

结果：(1)生后4、7、14 d大鼠睾丸未见3种NOS免疫阳性反应；(2)生后30 d少数精母细胞及生后60 d生精小管腔面精子和间质细胞呈NOS1阳性；(3)生后30 d少数精母细胞、支持细胞和管周类肌细胞呈NOS2阳性，而生后60 d NOS2阳性反应见于睾丸间质细胞、管周类肌细胞、支持细胞、极少数精母细胞和不成熟精子头部；(4)生后30 d睾丸内少数精母细胞和血管壁呈NOS3阳性，生后60 d NOS3阳性反应仅见于血管壁。

To investigate the regulation activity of mesenchymal cells to differentiation of epithelial cells from hair follicle and to study its differentiation property, mesenchymal cells gel was made by nubby dermal papilla cells, free dermal papilla cells, skin fibroblasts. Skin keratinocytes and epithelial cells from hair follicle were inoculated on the gel surface and cultured in air-liquid interface. Three-dimensional model of DPC using to induce epithelial cells differentiation is built in vitro.

The survival rates of CEM cells cultured with cis-diamminedichicloroplatinum added 24 h later were higher than that cultured with hTERT ASODN and DDP added 24 h later. The survival rates of CEM cells cultured with DDP were similar with that cultured with hTERT SOND and DDP. In morphological observation of apoptotic cells using Giemsa staining, cells treated with DDP or DDP combined with hTERT ASODN ro SODN at 48 h, displayed classic apoptotic changes. Apoptosis rates of CEM cells treated with DDP for 48 h after 24 h of exposure to ASODN significantly increased. There was significant difference in the percentage of apoptotic cells of CEM cells between hTERT ASODN plus DDP and SODN plus DDP or DDP alone, respectively.

PBMCs were mixed with liver cancer and lung cancer cells by proportion, and enriched tumor cells by superparamagnetic nanoparticle antibody complex, lung cancer specificness was identified by fluorescence nanocrystals bioprobe. We smeared tumor cells on glass slide and identified pulmonary carcinoma cells specfficity by fluorescence nanocrystals bioprobe.

At postnatal 1st week immunopositive reaction of NGF was detected mainly in sustentacular cells and the spermatogonia also showed positive staining. NGF positive staining in the testes was observed in interstitial cells, spermatogenetic cells, sustentacular cells and Leydig cells at 3rd week. After the postnatal 5th week, NGF-positive immunostaining was also detected in intersitial cells and spermatogenetic cells, but the intensity of reaction was weaker than that at 1st and 3rd weeks.

RESULTS: APC promoter 1A was methylated in NCI-H460 cells, and unmethylated in NCI-H446 and SPC-A1 cells. Hypermethylation was detected in all 5 CpG islands (687, 707, 714, 719, 726) of APC promoter 1A in NCI-H460 cells. The expression of APC in NCI-H460 cells was decreased by 26.04% of that in NCI-H446 cells and by 32.36% of that in SPCA1 cells. After treatment of 1, 5, 10, 15μmol/L 5-aza-dC, the expression of APC promoter 1A in NCI-H460 cells was enhanced by 4.59, 5.78, 9.58, 5.98 folds, respectively.
