Results : Female patient,31 years old,pregnant for 2 months after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,manifested with fever,shortness of breath for 1 month and the symptoms exacerbated for 1 week,was admitted to hospital with respiratory distress and severe hypoxemia.After 1 week of non-invasive ventilation,anti-bacterial and anti-virus treatments,she still had a sense of breath shortness,dry cough and was in intermittent fever,but tuberculosis-related examinations were negative.CT scan of the lungs mainly represented by ground-glass-like combined with atypical diffuse miliary change.White blood cell counts were normal.After experimental anti-tuberculosis treatments,the patient had significant improvement in symptoms,and the lesions were apparently absorpted under reviewof chest CT.

结果：女性患者，31岁，采取体外受精胚胎移植妊娠2月余，发热1月加重伴气促1周入院，入院时呼吸窘迫，伴严重低氧血症，予无创通气、抗细菌和抗病毒治疗1周，仍感气促、干咳、高热，结核相关检查阴性，胸部 X 线表现以双肺毛玻璃样伴有不典型弥漫性粟粒状改变为主，白细胞计数正常，试验性抗结核治疗后，患者症状明显改善，复查胸部 CT ，病变吸收明显。
