Methods 68 cases with femoral peritrochanteric fracture from January, 2002 to December, 2007. 25 were treated by Gamma nail, 25 of them were treated by DHS, DCS and 18 of them were treated by HCS.

2002年1月～2007年12月收治的股骨转子间骨折并通过手术治疗的68例，采用Gamma钉固定25例、滑动加压鹅头钉固定25例与空心加压螺钉固定18例。
