As feature extraction acts an important role in pattern recognition system, we propose three novel feature extraction methods for HCCR: a、Two structural feature extraction methods, Stroke Cross Counting Features and Peripheral Features are studied. According to the characteristics of Chinese handwriting samples, we extend the SCCF and PF respectively to weighted elastic SCCF and weighted elastic PF. Experiments show that the modified feature extraction approaches are better than original approaches. b、A new statistical feature extraction method——Elastic Meshing Directional Decomposition Feature extraction is proposed. According to the stroke statistical properties of Chinese character, we first decompose a handwritten character pattern into four directional subpatterns. Then a set of elastic meshes are applied to each of the four subpatterns respectively to extract the pixel distribution features.

统计识别方法：利用统计模式识别的经典方法——Bayes分类方法来进行汉字识别的研究，特征提取是统计模式识别的关键，本文着重围绕手写体汉字的特征分析和提取方法进行了研究，提出了三种特征提取的新方法： a、两种改进的结构特征提取方法：在笔划密度特征和外围特征的基础上，结合手写体汉字的特点，提出了加权非均匀笔划密度特征、加权非均匀外围特征的特征提取新方案； b、一种新的统计特征提取方法——弹性网格方向分解特征，根据汉字方块字的特点及笔划分布的统计特征，对手写体汉字进行横竖撇捺四方向的分解，并利用一系列的弹性网格对汉字分解后各分量的象素进行统计而提取特征，实验证明该特征提取方法用来进行手写体汉字识别是十分可行和有效的。

Fifty female patients who were selected to schedule for mammary gland tumor excision surgery, were divided into 2 groups(n=25 in each group): group A: received propofol's half-effective concentration at 3.0 μg/ml in Marsh model by TCI; group B: received propofol's half-effective concentration at 4.0 μg/ml in Marsh model by TCI. All patients were given remifentanil in Minto model by TCI after being given propofol which reached the balance between effect-site concentration and blood plasma concentration. The target concentration of remifentanil was determined by a modification of Dixon's up-and-down method. Laryngeal mask insertion was attempted after 10 mins, the insertion condition and success rate were observed, then the suitable target concentration of remifentanil(ECe50) were calculated.

50例女性乳腺良性手术患者随机分为2组（n=25），A组：靶控输注丙泊酚效应室浓度3.0 μg/ml；B组：靶控输注丙泊酚效应室浓度4.0 μg/ml（均为Marsh药代模型），待其效应室浓度和血浆浓度达平衡后给予靶控输注效应室浓度瑞芬太尼，运用Dixon's序贯法确定喉罩置入时瑞芬太尼浓度，10分钟后置入喉罩并观察喉罩置入条件与成功率，计算出相应的瑞芬太尼适宜靶浓度（ECe50值）。

The results showed that at the anaerobic phase, the PHB concentration in the cell and orthophosphate concentration of the anaerobic effluent obviously increased, the poly-P concentration in the cell decreased, and the cucci and bacilli with a size of 1.0~1.5 μm were dominant and formed grapy cellular cluster. At the anoxic phase, the PHB concentration and orthophosphate concentration decreased significantly, the amount of poly-P increased, and the elliptical cucci of 0.5~1 μm and spheral bacilli of 1.0~1.5 μm were dominant. At the aerobic phase, the PHB and orthophosphate concentration almost reduced to zero, the poly-P increased significantly, cucci appeared single or in pair, and the contour of sphere was blur and almost disappeared.

试验结果表明，在厌氧阶段，微生物细胞内PHB的量大幅提高，上清液中磷酸盐的含量上升，聚磷酸盐含量明显下降，粒径为1～1.5 μm、呈球状和棒状的菌群构成的葡萄状细胞簇占居优势；在缺氧阶段，微生物细胞内PHB的量下降，上清液中磷酸盐含量下降，聚磷酸盐含量上升，粒径为0.5～1 μm的椭球菌与1.0～1.5 μm的球杆菌占优势；在好氧阶段，微生物细胞内PHB的量较低或接近零，上清液中磷酸盐的含量接近零，聚磷酸盐含量明显上升，此时粒径1.0～1.5 μm的球菌以单个或成对出现，球菌不再饱满，呈现接近消失的状态。

Results For single treatment groups,serum drug concentration of chlorpromazine and clozapine were related to age of patients (P＜0 05),concentration of clozapine was related to dosage (P=0 01).For combination group,concentration of chlorpromazine was related to dosage (P＜0 01),also related to scores of PANSS and general psychopathological symptoms (P=0 01),concentration of clozapine was related to scores of PANSS,negative and general psychopathological symptoms (P＜0 05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that forms and methods of treatment affected concentration of chlorpromazine,age of patients and methods of treatment affected concentration of clozapine.

The experimental results indicates that the optimum pH range was 1.60~2.20, and the optimum H2O2 concentration was 10.0 mmol/L.
