objective to evaluate the clinical effect of high myopia treated with lasik by a small optical zones flying spot scanner machine.methods 364 cases (721 eyes) of high myopia were treated with lasik by the schwind esiris laser machine with small optical flying spot scanner.the ablation zone was single zone or multi zone.the ablation depth was range of 78～187μm.all cases were followed up for 3～12 months.the changes of their visual acuities,subjective manifest refraction and complications were observed.results postoperatively,at one day and 3 month the visual acuities were 1.0 or better in 72.0%（519/721） and 81.7%（589/721）.the diopter within ±1.00 was 89.7%（647/721） and 90.7%（654/721）respectively.the complications include:decentral ablation 3 eyes (0.42%),decentral flap 5 eyes (0.69%),epithelial ingrowth 5 eyes(0.69%),glare 15 eyes(2.08%).conclusion the clinical effect of high myopia treated with lasik by a small optical zones flying-spot scanner machine was safety and efficacy,although it needs more corneal tissues.

目的 评价小光斑飞点扫描式准分子激光lasik治疗高度近视的效果。方法采用德国schwind esiris准分子激光机对364例（721眼）高度近视进行了lasik治疗。切削模式采用单区或多区切削，切削总量为78～187μm。随访3～12个月，观察术后视力、屈光度和并发症等情况。结果术后裸眼视力≥1.0者，术后1天、3个月时分别为72.0%（519/721）、81.7%（589/721）；术后屈光度在±1.00d以内者，术后1天、3个月时分别为：89.7%（647/721）、90.7%（654/721）。主要的并发症有：偏中心切削3眼(0.42%)、瓣位置偏离5眼(0.69%)、角膜上皮植入5眼(0.69%)、眩光15眼(2.08%)。结论小光斑飞点扫描式准分子激光lasik治疗高度近视的临床效果安全有效，但是需要切削较多的角膜组织。

Paired Samples T test revealed that both the LT and VL decreased (P.01), the AD increased (P.01) after cycloplegia regardless of their refractive state. The AL increased for hyperopic eyes (P.05) and decreased for myopic eyes (P.01) after cycloplegia. For hyperopic eyes, the major keratometer K1 increased (P.05) while for myopic eyes, the major keratometer K1(P.05) and minor keratometer K2 (P.01) decreased after cycloplegia. The mean corneal power of zones 5 mm (MD5) and 7 mm (MD7) decreased with myopic eyes decreased dramatically (P.01). The mean refractive power of the lower half vertical meridian is greater than that of upper half; and the mean refractive power of the lateral half of the horizontal is greater than that of the medial half.

结果：不论远视眼、正视眼还是近视眼在睫状肌麻痹后前房加深（P.01），晶状体变薄（P.01），玻璃体腔径缩短（P.01）；但远视眼睫状肌麻痹后眼轴增长（P.05），近视眼眼轴缩短（P.01）；远视眼睫状肌麻痹后角膜曲率K1增加（P.05），近视眼睫状肌麻痹后除K1降低外（P.05），K2以及以角膜中心点为中心，直径为5mm、7mm的环平均角膜屈光度（MD5、MD7）均降低（P.01）；此外，垂直径线上方的平均角膜屈光度小于下方的平均角膜屈光度而水平径线鼻侧的平均角膜屈光度小于颞侧的平均角膜屈光度（P.01）。

Under the assumption that the locations of two inner corners of eyes and two outer corners of mouths are known, in the new method, the approximate area for the two eyes is found first, and then the state of eyes in this area is determined by using the eyes local templates and the Hausdorff distance. Similarly, the state of the mouth can also be known. Finally the whole face contour is searched by global template corresponding to the estimated eyes and mouth states.

Results Absolute scotoma appeared in 7 eyes and relative scotoma in 6 eyes before TTT. Among the 6 eyes with relative scotoma, the visual acuity was improved over 2 lines in 4 eyes after TTT, descended 1 line in I eye and unchanged in 1 eye. The light sensitivity of the irradiated retina was increased in 5 eyes and decreased in 1 eye.

Results In images of OCT in 45 eyes of CSC,42 eyes showed serous neurosensory detachement,2 eyes appeared retinal pigment epithelial detachement and 1 eyes combined neurosensory detachement with pigment epithelial detachement.Monitoring images of OCT in 9 eyes revealed absorption of serous fluid and decrease of neurosensory detachment.

METHODS 80 eyes of 47 patients with glaucoma (31 eyes of 18 patients with POAG , 27 eyes of 14 patients with NTG and 22 eyes of 15 patients with CACG ) and 44 normal eyes of 39 control subjects were tested by simultaneous ICGA and fluorescein angiography with Heidelberg retina angiograph. Results The abnormal optic nerve was found in 44 eyes, in which, the increase in diameter of optic nerve was found in 38 eyes, in which, 22 eyes were accompanied with papilloedema, optic nerve hydrocele in 18 eyes, and decreased in diameter six eyes.
