On the basis of above research works, a finite element model for column of the TH6350 high speed numerical control boring was built; the stiffness of the slide guide interface between the bed and column bottom and the constrain stiffness from lead screw were estimated by using experimental formula, to guarantee the rationality of the boundary condition of the FEM model; the week link of the column has been found by application of ANSYS software to FEM model analysis of the column, The result shows that the calculation data and test data are very consistent, therefore proved the properness of the FEM model.

It has been observed that pyrocatechol and m-phenylenediamin can sensitively inhibit the discoloration of neutral red oxidation by the H2O2 and in the presence of catalyzer Fe in dilute sulfuric acid solution but the inhibitory effects of two organic compounds can not be added. Based on this research, the advantages of artificial neural network were adopted to handle the experimental data and a new inhibitory kinetic spectrophotometry of simultaneous determination for pyrocatechol and m-phenylenediamin with artificial neural networks was established.

The research work presented in this dissertation focused on developing the scheme and techniques of OPCPA. This dissertation gives the results of the theoretical and experimental investigation on OPCPA scheme. The validation of OPCPA at high energy level was demonstrated successfully. And some important results were achieved. Several key techniques related to developing table-top ultra-intense and ultra-short OPCPA laser system were put forward, for example, the generation of femtosecond seeding pulses, the precisely temporal synchronization of the pump and signal pulses, the pulse stretching and recompression, the OPCPA process with high energy conversion efficiency and etc. Based on the integration of these key techniques, a 1.46-TW/153-fs OPCPA table-top ultra-intense and ultra-high laser system has been developed, which, to the best of our knowledge, has generated laser pulses with the shortest pulse duration and the highest peak power among the joule level OPCPA systems in the world.

By systemic researching and simulating experiment, the text gains such results as follows,1. On the base of sufficiency research on the oil-gas hydrocarbon systemic chemistry composing and the physical chemistry characters, we traverse the mechanism of the paraffin's deposition. Then we consider that paraffin deposition is a complex process ofphysical chemistry, which includes more than one single mechanism.2. Traversing and comparing the literature in detail on different factors that has effect on paraffin deposition, the available experimental methods on paraffin deposition, prevention of paraffin deposition, and removing of the deposited paraffin on the spot.3. Ameliorated the laser equipment of solid particle inspecting system and the corresponding test methods. Determine WCT of dead oil and live oil from KS101 well under different pressure with this system. The result implies that dead oil has opposite regulation on paraffin deposition temperature to live oil.4. A vapor-liquid-solid envelop is drawn by superposition regular vapor-liquid envelop and WCT curve thereby explained that the departure and quick raising of the curve in the low temperature zone is caused by the appearance of paraffin in solid phase.5. Estimation is made to determine the depth of paraffin deposition in the well.
