To some degree, this study revealed the relationship between ossein and bone miner and the important preventive and therapeutic effects of ossein on OP. It provides theoretical and experimental basis for the research and development of effective prescriptions to cure OP. Limited by the actual experimental situation, we only did some study on the synthesis and content of type Ⅰ collagen. The teaching term took sixteen periods. The curriculum contained two topics,"acid and base", and "Taiwan's climate". Experimental treatments were teaching method. The research tools utilized in the study were " Science Concept Comprehension Test, Science-related Attitudes Scale, Problem Solving Ability Test and Questionnaire on the Attitude toward Science Teaching". A pretest administered before the experimental treatment and a posttest was held after the treatment. The data of SCCT, SRAS, and PSAT collected from pretest and posttest were analyzed by two-way ANOVA. Responses from the QAST were analyzed by ANOVA.

To conduct such research a new experimental apparatus was established.With this setup the two-photon excitation spectra of Barium and one-photonexcitation spectra of Strontium Rydberg atoms were recorded and identified.The Stark spectra of Strontium atoms showed the "l-mixing" and "n-mixing"features. By changing laser wavelength and external electric field strengthsimultaneously, the scaled-energy spectra of Strontium 〓 Rydberg atomsat constant scaled-energy ε=-3.00,-2.50 and -1.88 were recorded for thefirst time. The experimental spectra were Fourier transformed and yielded therecurrence spectra.

The citric acid-producing strain Aspergillus niger 2363-2, was isolated and used in our research. The fermentation conditions were optimized as follows: sucrose as carbon source 8. 0-14. 0%, ammonium chloride as nitrogen source 3. 0-4. 0g/l, initial pH 2. 0, and cultural temperature 30℃. The influential factors of formation of spores were also studied, and a series of measures were taken to restrain the spore formation on the basis of our experimental results. With the consideration of the cultural environment and microbial cell itself, the factors affecting the duration of citric acid-producing activity of microbial cells were examined, and it is found that undissociated citric acid and the ageing of microbial cells are the main factors. The experimental results also show that partial replacement of fermentation broth can lengthen the duration of citric acid -producing acitivity of microbial cells.

At last the paper realized the advantages and disadvantages of passive solar building and adnvanced some suggestions in future research. From another point, the paper logged the process of the building of the experimental equipment and the mounting of the measurement equipments that accumulated some operating experimence.Carrying experiments, calculating and analyzing the experimental data for more than 2 years, the paper gained some constructive conclusions. In winter the indoor air temperature and RH are lower than comfort criteria, but people feels very comfortable in the passive solar house. The thermo-circulation formed by Trombe wall play an important role in improving indoor air temperature and RH. Based on the analogy analysis theory, the natural convection heat transfer in the air gap can be treated as superposition of two natural convection heat transfer processes occurring over isolated isothermal vertical flat plate, in this case namely the massive wall and glazing. Two empirical formulas for Q and Nu are obtained. The investigation shows that the optimal time to open the damper should comply with the period that the thermo-circulation happens which can be controlled by thermal response characteristics of Trombe wall surface temperature and air temperature in the air gap.
