At first, we made up an appropriate configuration of design and determined which factors might have effect on slim products. Then we determined control factors and standards of control factors that were set according to the standard of Dr. Taguchi's experimental orthogonal array. With the bigger the better of orthogonal array, L9(3^4), we conducted confirmation procedure on operating factors by use of cypress essential oil on slim cosmetics. The experiment was used to obtain best combination of parameters by S/N ratio and characterizations that were based on the data constructed by Taguchi Methods.
