Changdong" showed a noticeable enhancive effect when it was co-administrated with other anti-tumor agents or when it was co-applied with radiotherapy. The action mechanism study showed that an apparent cytotoxic effect of "Changdong" on ten tumor strains in vitro with a quantity-effect relationship was observed. Immunity experiment showed that "Changdong" could induce proliferation of spleen lymphocyte in mice bearing tumor and could improve NK cell" s activity, whereas has no impact on IL-2" s reproduction. The sciatic nerve transected model were made and sutured end to end with epineurium. The neural stem cell without NT-3 gene or with NT-3 gene modified were injected into triceps muscle one time a week, saline injected as control group. The nerve trunks of stomas and triceps muscle were acted as specimen three weeks、six weeks and nine weeks after operation.

Using solution culture experiment, discussed the influnce of nitrobenzene to the germinationrates and seedling growth of ten leguminous crops, and results showed that, when the nitrobenzeneconcentration was 1~100mg·L~(-1), it had little influnce to germination rates of leguminous crops,with the increasing of nitrobenzene concentration, emergence rates of leguminous crops decreased,but no significance compared with control, and found that the toxicity of nitrobenzene toleguminous related with the concentration, the thresholds of nitrobenzene toxicity to differentleguminous crops were different, under the test conditions, the inhibition of root was larger thanhypocotyl, according to the relationship between the inhition rates of root and hypocotyl length andthe nitrobenzene concentration, the sensitive order of the ten leguminous crops to nitrobenzenewas:small-seedsoybean>kidneybean>Dongnong42>brownbean>Dongnong49>Dongnong46>ormosia>french bean>black bean>mung bean.

Field experiment was carried out to study the effects of KEON and PEON (organic N extracted with phosphate buffer) from 4 kinds of organic wastes on the growth and N use efficiency of green soybean. The results show that the application of PM could apparently improve the shoot dry weight, seed protein content and the yield by 20.4%, 17.8% and 38.0%, respectively, compared with regular chemical fertilizer applied. The application of OMM could significantly improve the shoot dry weight, seed protein content and the yield by 33.2%, 16.2% and 32.5%, respectively, compared with regular chemical fertilizer applied.

The protocol for the detections of all the AIV isolates, the H5-subtype and the optimization of reactions were studied with a H5-subtype reference isolate BSG1. A 229bp-band of AIV specific and a 380bp-band of H5 subtype specific were amplified individually with the designed primers of AIV specific and H5-subtype specific respectively by the developed RT-PCR technique from isolate BSG1. A double-PCR was also developed which can detect all the AIVs and identify the H5-subtype AIVs. The results of specificity experiment showed that there was no specific band could be amplified with the samples of Newcastle disease virus, infectious bronchitis virus, infectious laryngotracheitis virus, egg drop syndrome virus and infectious bursal disease virus.

We also found that the content of Na(superscript +), K(superscript +) and proline in leaves varied with different treated days. Under all treatments, the absorption of Na(superscript +) increased and the content of proline in leaves decreased with the prolonging of treated days. The absorption of K(superscript +) measured on the 7th day and the 21st day increased and was restrained on the 14th day, which lead to the decline of K(superscript +)/Na(superscript +) ratio. While the content of praline measured on the 14th day remarkably increased with the increase of salinity. Our experiment indicated the live oak seems to adapt the salt stress by increasing the absorption of K(superscript +) during the earliest and late stages of salt stress and accumulating proline in leaves during the middle stage of salt stress.
