This paper presented the research and exploration of mechanism and technics as well as the design of the magnetic circuit of this new compound machining, based on above, establishing the parameter model, meantime, analyzing influential effects on productivity of magnetic and EDM compound machining the holes through large numbers of experiments, including velcoity contrast experiments of pre-compound and after-compound machining with the change of current, velcoity contrast experiments of pre-compound and after-compound machining with the change of magnetic induction, velcoity contrast experiments of pre-compound and after-compound machining with the change of impulse width, experiments of the superficial roughness, experiments of the Electrode wastage, and intersectant experiments analysis as well as the change experiments of current waveforms. Through a number of experiments we analysed the influential effects of magnetic and EDM compound machining, compared the factors with EDM by oneself. A large of experiment records and deducibility have demonstrated that the productivity of magnetic and EDM compound machining is developed by 20%~400% than traditional EDM.

The vapour and plasma ignition times of the target are got based on the equation of heat conduction and cascade model. We suppose that the plasma is ignited when 210 generations of new electrons are born in vapour generation time. The influence of temperature on the thermodynamics and optics parameters of material also have been considered in the model. The resulting theory has good agreement with the experiment and overseas report. A blade method to measure the laser spot is given in this paper with validation and error analysis. The plasma threshold of metals in atmosphere and water ambients both are diagnosed with the light deflection and piezoelectric transducer. A Q-switched pulsed Nd:YAG laser operating at infrared (1064nm), visible(532nm) and ultraviolet (355nm) wavelengths has been used. Al、Fe、Cu are used as targets and get a similar results with both method. Theoretical and experimental analyses are applied on the influence of wavelength on the threshold have been done, both of which have shown that the plasma threshold of metals decrease as the laser wavelength increases; The plasma threshold of metals are higher in water than in air and the pressure of the shock wave in water is five times higher than in air.

So the author has developed a CAD hydraulic design software fit for lower specific speed axial flow runner, which is easily operated by users.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1 Analyzing the main reason of axial flow power station cannot work well under littler volume of flow in some season and putting forward an improving scheme, pointing out the characters of design under abnormal factors.2 Combined with the development of the industry in our country, the abnormal hydraulic design method of propeller turbine is discussed based on present literature, data and experiment results.3 Guided by the design method of software engineering, a suit of hydraulic design software of Lower Specific Speed Axial Flow Runner is programmed by the object-oriented programming language Visual Basic and a straightforward, concise and standard Windows human-computer dialogue interface is designed for the system, which makes the operation of the system very convenient.4 ActiveX Automation technology is adopted as the interface with AutoCAD and the hydraulic drawings are edited, modified by AutoCAD until hydraulic model drawings according with the demand of engineering practice are output.5 To resolve practice problem, the author has designed a lower specific speed axial flow runner for Duowa Power Station through an example.
论文的主要内容有:1 深入分析很多轴流定桨式水电站枯水季节小流量下不能发电的主要原因,提出减容改造方案,并指出超常规条件下的改造设计特点。2 结合国情及行业发展需要,参考现有资料、文献和前人的研究成果,进行低比转速轴流式转轮叶片水力设计方法的研究,对轴流式转轮叶片的奇点分布法水力设计进行了全面的探索,结合现代计算机技术,找到了一种针对特殊条件的轴流式转轮叶片水力设计方法。3 仔细比较多种AutoCAD二次开发工具后,结合本课题的特点,选用Visual Basic语言,综合应用软件工程的设计思想,进行低比转速轴流式转轮叶片水力设计软件的编制,为系统设计了直观、简洁和标准的Windows人机对话界面,便于用户操作;编程时在考虑到设计条件特殊性的同时,尽量做到程序的通用性,使之可用于解决同一类问题;另外,大部分程序还可移植到普通轴流式转轮叶片水力设计中,具有良好的适应性。4 利用ActiveX Automation技术与AutoCAD接口,对AutoCAD进行二次开发,在AutoCAD下实现水力图的自动生成和编辑,直至输出符合实际工程要求的木模图。5 通过算例,为多哇水电站设计了一个低比转速轴流定桨式转轮,解决其在枯水期小流量下不能发电的问题。

To produce the scientific evidence for developing and manufacturing new antitumor drugs.Methods: 1 The inhibitory effect on cell growth of Hela was measured by MTT assay in treated or untreated groups (3.125, 6.25, 12.5, 25, 50μg/ml TAM and control) for three different treatment times (24h, 48h and 72h).2 Apoptosis and cell cycle were measured by FCM in four experimental groups (0, 4, 16, 40μg/ml TAM) for 48h.3 Adopting Wright and Giemse's staining to observe the morphology of Hela cells which treated with 40μg/ml TAM.4 Using invasion experiment to detect the Hela cells'invasive abilities which treated with 40μg/ml TAM.5 The protein expressional levels of P-ERK, ERK, C-myc and Cyclin D1 in Hela cells untreated or treated with 4, 16, 40μg/ml TAM for 24h were measured by Western blot.6 Expression of anti-apoptotic gene bcl-2, apoptotic gene bax and MMP-9 in Hela cells of four experimental groups (0, 4, 16, 40μg/ml TAM for 24h), were observed by revers transcription PCR.7 The protein expression of P-ERK, ERK, Bcl-2 and Bax in Hela cells treated with 40μg/ml TAM for 24h observed by laser scanning microscopes.

To evaluate the efficacy of the recombinant fowlpox virus vaccine against the heterotype IBV, the chickens were challenged with the homotype IBV LX4 strain and the heterotype IBV LTJ95I strain after three weeks post vaccination. Antibodies against IBV were detected in vaccinated chickens one week post inoculation. The CD4+ T-lymphocytes in the peripheral blood increased rapidly in all groups challenged with IBV, except for the vaccinated group challenged by heterotype strain and the low level of CD4+ T-lymphocytes remained until end of the experiment. In all the groups, a high level of CD8+ T-lymphocytes only was observed in the vaccinated group after challenging with IBVhomotype strain. The morbidity and the mortality of this group were 21.43 % and 0 %, respectively, which showed significant difference with other groups. In addition, the lesions of chickens and virus shedding were less in the vaccinated group challenged by IBV homotype strain comparing with other groups, but there was no difference for the average body weight of chickens in all groups.
结果显示,重组疫苗接种1周后,免疫鸡产生抗IBV的抗体;而且外周血中CD4+和CD8+ T淋巴细胞的含量略高于非免疫对照组;攻毒后,异源强毒株攻毒的免疫组CD4+ T淋巴细胞呈下降趋势,并且该组低水平CD4+的状态一直持续到试验结束,而其他组CD4+ T淋巴细胞均迅速上升,峰值达到14.5 %;同源强毒株攻毒的免疫组CD8+ T淋巴细胞呈高水平的表达,而其他组攻毒后均无明显变化;保护率结果显示,同源强毒株攻毒免疫组的发病率和死亡率为21.43 %和0 %,与其他各组相比均有显著差异;另外同源强毒株攻毒的免疫组病理损伤与异源强毒株攻毒的试验组相比明显减轻,其排毒时间和排毒量也均有所减少;强毒攻毒后所有试验组体重无显著差异。

The desulfurization experiments of CaO samples with various fractal dimensionswere carried out in the TGA to investigate the influences of fractality on the sulfationreaction, and the evolution of pore structures during the reaction. Under certainsulfation conditions, the calcium conversions of the CaO samples increase with theincrease in fractal dimension when fractal dimension is less than 2.68, and decreaseswhen it is more than 2.68. In the range of the experiment temperatures, the calciumconversion for a sample with a lower fractal dimension increases with the increase inthe temperature, and for a sample with a higher fractal dimension there exist anoptimum temperature at which the sample can reach the highest calcium conversion.
