We first show some properties of such operators and give an explit description about the image of a linear bounded operator on a linear normed space. Then based on these results, we show the mean ergordic theorem on a C*-bial-gebra and get a sufficient and necessary condition for a linear functional to be Haar measure. The fluorescence anisotropy using steady-state fluorescence polarization method was measured for the solution of β-CD and cinchonine mixed and sonicated for 1h. The anisotropy values for the solution increased with the increase of the concentrations of β-CD, which implied the existence of some complexes of large size or nanotube structure. Many type of large size complexes formed between β-CD and Cin under high concentrations in gas phase were characterized by ESI-MS in moderate experiment conditions.
