This paper presents a workflow management system based on software agent. It applies an activity-based modeling method and builds formal workflow model. It also puts forward an agent model composed of activity model, intention model, skill model, self-capacity model and companion model to implement workflow management. An agent federation which can be nested is constructed to enhance system flexibility and a shared domain ontology based on workflow is defined to support semantic interoperation among agents.

The system implemented forest fire model selection automatically and intelligently. BP artificial neural network model of forest fire model selection was build by treating forest fire environment data as inputting variable and treating appropriate forest fire model as outputting variable. At the same time, we studied the methods of acquiring and calculating data of inputting and outputting. The system implemented machine of model selection automatically based on dynamic data driven technology. We selected 72 items experimental data from historical forest fire records in Beijing to experiment and confirm the validity of model selection. It turned out that the reliability of model selection is more than 80 percent.

On the basis of direct modelling method by using extended Kalman filter, a new method combining extended Kalman filter with adaptive extended Kalman filter is presented to model gyro drift directly from rotate angle of turntable. Extended Kalman filter has great estimation error, what is more, may be divergent if the model and noise statistic are not accurate or wrong. The new method solves the problem of general extended Kalman filter by using fictious noise with timevarying statistic to compensate the linearized model error of extended Kalman filter. The parameter estimators of single-axis and double-axis servo test are designed from it.

The paper investigates both block-type pilot linear minimum mean square error algorithm and IEEE802.16 OFDM channel estimation analysis. Simulation results confirm the block-type pilot structure is more suitable for IEEE802.16 system. An optimal pilot setting algorithm, based on space frequency domain, is explored and the pilot chart is presented. The proposed algorithm finds its application in MIMO-OFDM. Simulation results show the algorithm presents a good approximation to the perfect channel state information curve, with about 2dB difference in SNR. The simulation results also demonstrate the algorithm achieves fairly high stability in the environment of fast fading, performance of the proposed algorithm is better that of pilot training channel estimation.3.
