In this paper, a new conflict coefficient is presented. First, the deficiency of the classical conflictive coefficient is analyzed. Then, the distance function between evidences is introduced. A new model to represent conflict is constructed with the distance function and the classical conflictive coefficient. Finally, numerical examples verify the efficiency of the proposed method.

针对这一问题，首先分析了证据理论中经典冲突系数的不足，引入证据距离函数表示证据之间的差异性，结合经典冲突系数一起提出了一种新的证据冲突表示方法，克服了经典证据理论冲突系数的不足，能更有效地度量证据的冲突程度，最后通过算例验证了该方法的有效性。

The main works by this paper are as followings: In allusion to the concentrically braced frame, we make use of the STS program to design structure, after pushover analyzing with the program of SAP2000, through iteration and finally solve the structural influencing coefficientare, displacement coefficient, ductility coefficient and overstrength coefficient, then analyze the homologous variety regulation.

The experimental results are as follows:(1) Without EAF the fouling resistance increase along with addition of time and change of the heat transfer coefficient is just contrary to the result. However, with EAF fouling resistance still enhances at the beginning of experiment and later, it gradually minishes after experiment has started for some time. Of course, the change of heat transfer coefficient still is contrary to the outcome. 实验结果表明：(1)没有经过电磁处理时，污垢热阻随着时间的增加而增加，换热系数随着时间的增加而减小；一旦经过电磁场的处理，污垢热阻开始时仍呈上升趋势，经过一段时间以后，便逐渐下降，换热系数的变化与此正好相反，即在实验开始时呈下降趋势，后来逐渐上升；当实验时间延长时，发现污垢热阻及换热系数在实验开始时的变化趋势与前面的实验结果基本相同，但到后来，二者的数值则分别均趋于稳定。

For developing a method to reduce the emanation coefficient of Rn in materials, emanation coefficient of Rn in geological uranous materials such as zircon, uranium-bearing ore, etc is measured. Heating is used to study the effect of heating temperature on emanation coefficient of Rn.

The difference of bulk density of coastal soils took an effect on infiltration rate and diffuse rate. The infiltration rate and diffuse rate of coastal soils which bulk density was small were big. The water transmitting experiment of coastal soils showed that the saturated conductivity of different layers in soil profile were great, and the saturated conductivity of undisturbed soil was highly higher than that of disturbed soil. The saturated conductivity of coastal soils embanked earlier was lower than that of coastal soils embanked later. Under different water content, the unsaturated conductivity of coastal soils had a great change and the bulk density had an effect on unsaturated conductivity. The soil with a low bulk density had a high unsaturated conductivity. Chlorine ion moved in coastal soil was an inert ion. The distribution of CU in soil was definite and repeated, which is no relation with the time and velocity of infiltration. The concentration of infiltration solution and the texture of coastal soils had no apparent effect on solute movement synthetic dispersion coefficient, while bulk density took an apparent effect on solute movement synthetic dispersion coefficient. Synthetic dispersion coefficient of coastal soils increased as bulk density decreased.
