The difference of bulk density of coastal soils took an effect on infiltration rate and diffuse rate. The infiltration rate and diffuse rate of coastal soils which bulk density was small were big. The water transmitting experiment of coastal soils showed that the saturated conductivity of different layers in soil profile were great, and the saturated conductivity of undisturbed soil was highly higher than that of disturbed soil. The saturated conductivity of coastal soils embanked earlier was lower than that of coastal soils embanked later. Under different water content, the unsaturated conductivity of coastal soils had a great change and the bulk density had an effect on unsaturated conductivity. The proportion of rents that firms get depends on their network capability. This reveals the essential relationships between network resource, network rents and network capability: First of all, network rents come from the network resources. Furthermore, network rent is the representative of the competitive advantage and the value of the network resource. Second, network resource is the foundation of the network capability, the function of network capability is activated in the process of using network resource by firm. The research presented here is aimed at exploring the effect of DTT on the in vitro fibril formation of hen egg-white lysozymes with four disulfide bonds. In this work, we specifically addressed the effect of DTT concentration under different incubation temperatures on the hen lysozyme structure and fibril formation, the effect of addition of DTT at later time points on the amyloid fibrillization of hen lysozymes, and the effect of concentration ratio between reduced and oxidized forms of DTT on the fibril formation of lysozymes.

Finally, the theory results are verified by model experiment. It is shown that 3D results have the same phase with ID results. The pile radius, the duration of impulse, the ratio of hammer radius to pile radius and shear velocity of the soil around the pile have influences on 3D effect. The best position of receiver is 0.55R from the pile center. The average velocity of wave propagating in the pile reduces due to transversal inertia effect and 3D effect.
