In light of the problem and causes of the financial support to county economic development, the article put forward the general thoughts of finance supporting the county economic development: establish circulating back mechanism of county capital; establish and perfect the financial service organization system to strengthen the function of the financial support to county economy; innovate new financial services and products of county; fully utilize capital market to broaden the financial channel of county economic development; establish the circumstance guarantee system of finance supporting county economic development.

针对金融在支持县域经济中存在的问题及成因，本文提出了金融支持县域经济发展的基本思路：建立县域资金回流机制；建立和完善支持县域经济发展的金融服务组织体系，增强金融支持县域经济的功能；创新县域金融服务和金融产品；充分利用资本市场，拓宽县域经济发展的融资渠道；建立金融支持县域经济发展的环境保障体系。

This text is based on the work that analyse the problem having emerged about large-scale economic affordable residential district of city at the moment, in instance of the patterns in Xi'an. Through investigating living circumstances and building present situation, there are lots of requirement for economic affordable housing in Xi'an. As large requirement for premise, the question about choosing location large-scale economic affordable residential district in city is researched. As time as, it should be refer to the problem which were founded in others cities, then summarize a correct choosing location model for the practical situation, it could determent the location of large-scale economic affordable residential district of Xi'an.

本文以分析现阶段城市大型经济适用居住区产生的问题为依据，立足西安地区，通过调查该地区居民的居住现状以及房地产开发状况，指出经济适用住房在西安地区具有广泛的需求市场，在这种巨大需求量存在的前提下，探讨大型经济适用居住区选址问题，结合现有其它城市大型经济适用居住区中发现的问题与不足，提出一套适合实际情况的选址模式，并且根据该模式分析了西安大型经济适用居住区选址的区位。

The paper gives a brief introduction on theory and means of orebed digitaled and interrelated mining software in domestic and international. On the basis of systematic analysis and research on Jiayashan ore segment, with the mathematic-economic model software bag developed by our library, via the special software Surpac and Micrmine, on the need of the Lanping Pb-Zn mine, the mathematic-economic model of the deposit has been established in Lanping pb-zn mine Jiayashan ore segment. Correlative important technological and economic guide lines have been analyzed and studied. At last, some fruits have been achieved:(1) For the first time, the mathematic-economic model of Lanpingpb-zn mine has been established , digitated and visualed of all kinds of useful information on ore body have been realized.

本文在对矿床数字化的理论与方法及相关的国内外矿业软件综述基础上，通过对该矿床的架崖山矿段地质特征进行充分分析和研究，运用自行研制的大型"矿床数学-经济模型软件包"，以国外矿业软件Surpac和Micrmine为辅助，结合兰坪铅锌矿矿山的实际需求，建立了兰坪铅锌矿架崖山矿段矿床数学经济模型，并对相关的重要技术经济指标进行了分析与研究，最终取得了如下成果：(1)首次在兰坪铅锌矿架崖山矿段建立了矿床数学-经济模型，实现了矿体各有用信息的数字化和可视化。
