Dynamic respiratory compliance and total respiratory resistance were measured before surgical incision, after sternal closure in the operating room, and after arrival in the intensive care unit. The following data were recorded: age, weight, preoperative pulmonary infiltrates, preoperative mechanical ventilation, evidence of increased PBF before surgery, duration of CPB, duration of aortic cross-clamp, duration of deep hypothermic circulatory arrest, use of steroids, and volume of ultrafiltrate removed.

Results Different concentrations of vinegar with different disinfection duration showed significantly different bactericidal effect on Staphylococcus, Escherichia and Candida albicans (F=6.89~156.83, P.05). The effect was better along with higher concentration and longer duration. The average kill rate against natural bacteria on hands was 0.9915±0.0032 after exposed to vinegar solution for 2 min. The average kill rate against natural bacteria on kitchenware, such as table top, chopping block, knife, cupboard, porcelain bowl and the surface of refreshing box of the refrigerator were all above 0.9720 when cleaning and polishing with vinegar solution for 10min. The bactericidal efficacy of vinegar against natural bacteria in room air was enhanced with fumigating duration prolonged (F=1212.13, 5024.46; P.05), while lowered when there were persons in it (t=5.08-30.48, P.05). The content of acetic acid in vinegar dropped by 8.372 g/L when it was stored at 54℃(relative humidity 0.75) for 14 days.

It is concluded in Chapter Eight that: 1 linguistic proficiencies in three languages play a considerable part in code-switching of EFL teachers in trilingual context; the inter-sentential switching outweighs the intra-sentential switching both in frequencies and percentage; discourse-related switching also outweighs participant-related switching in frequencies and percentage; the EFL is maintained longest in EFL classroom and the language maintained second longest depends upon learners" higher proficiency in Chinese or Tibetan. 2 Ethnic identity and educational background is the major causal factor of EFL teachers" Chinese-English switching in trilingual classroom; duration of language contact and relative trilingual proficiencies are the two principal contributors to the English-Tibetan switching; while Tibetan-English switching is mainly driven by EFL teachers" ethnic identity and education background, as well as the duration of language contact; English-Chinese switching is also largely motivated by the duration of trilingual contact; and Chinese-Tibetan switching is determined by trilingual proficiency to a considerable extent. Meanwhile, psychologically, the switching is mainly motivated by a procedure of psychological projection, trilingual system conceptualization and the mentality of trilingual selection. 3 The educational reflections upon this study indicate: firstly, in trilingual context, the teachers" classroom discourse is characterized by the multilingual involvement, flexibility in strategy option as well as the extension and strengthening of the domination of teachers" discourse. Secondly, the discourse movement and code-switching are largely affected by two cultural ecological mechanisms: enculturation and cultural manipulation. Thirdly, the status quo of EFL trilingual teachers are characterized by unbalanced trilingual proficiencies, poor cultural awareness, and little knowledge of trilingual education and trilingual code-switching, therefore, suggestions are advanced in the end to provide them further education. Fourthly, in trilingual context, the EFL curriculum for ethnic minorities is characterized by plurality of aims, complexity of organization and variety of resources. Meanwhile, it is of great necessity to understand the linguistic values of EFL education for ethnic minority learners. To be specific, firstly, we should not only have a deep understanding of the distribution, construction, function as well as communicative effects of the three languages, but also have a comparative study of the three languages and thus provide the standardization and guidance for the trilingual education. In the end, it is advanced that trilingual EFL provision for ethnic minority should pursue to develop learners" multicultural value system in which first language culture and mother language culture take the central position and EFL culture plays a vital role.

Anesthesis was performed by interscalene brachial plexus block.the onset and duration of analgesia,the level of block as well as adverse effects were recorded.hr and map were measured before anesthesia,5,10,30 and 60 minates after anesthesia.results:the onset time of block was significantly shorter and shivering was significantly lower in groups two and three as compared with group one.there was significant difference in the duration of anesthesia between group two and group three.

objective to investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of mucosolvan nebulization in infants with pneumonia.methods 96 infants were randomly divided into and control group.regular treatment were given to control group,meanwhile,based on regular treatment,the infants in observation group were also received mushutan nebulization.the disappearing time of cough、wheezy phlegm、anhelation、wheezy sound in lung and admission duration were evatated.results the disappearing time of wheezy phlegm、wheezy sound in lung and admission duration in observation group were shorten than in control group(p.05).conclusion mucosolvan nebulization can raise clinical therapeutic effect for pneumonia in infants with pneumonia.especially in eliminating phlegm and disappearing of wheezy sound in lung.

摘要］ 目的：为探讨沐舒坦雾化吸入辅助治疗婴幼儿肺炎的效果。方法：将96例婴幼儿肺炎随机分成两组，两组均在常规抗感染，纠正缺氧、酸碱平衡、电解质紊乱，治疗组加用沐舒坦雾化吸入，对照组用α糜蛋白酶、地塞米松雾化吸入。对两组的咳嗽、痰鸣、气促、肺部湿音的消失时间及住院时间进行比较。结果：使用沐舒坦雾化吸入的治疗组在治疗痰鸣、肺部湿音消失时间及住院时间比对照组短（p.05）。结论：沐舒坦雾化吸入可提高婴幼儿肺炎治疗效果，尤其祛痰和减少肺部湿性音的效果较好。
