Materials and Methods: 41 cases of fibrous tumors surgically and pathologically proven (fibroma 5 cases and fibrosarcoma 3 cases, neurofibroma 7 cases, malignant neurofibroma 1 case, angiofibroma 20 cases and ossifying fibrom 6 cases) were studied with retrospective analysis.

Of the 8 cases, 2 cases showed blood Tb-Ab positive, 1 case was positive to antiacid bacillus of sputum, the rest cases with negative TBAb. 3 patients with 2 showed organs infection, 6 patients passed the tissue biopsy diagnose, body temperature of 6 cases fall to normal after 3-7 days of antituberculotic treatment, mild liver dysfunction appeared in 2 patients, hyperuricemia occurred in 7 patients, in addition, 1 patient developed reject reaction. Among all the cases, 7 cases healed, 1 died of pulmonary fungal infection.

其中2例血Tb-Ab，1例腹水结核抗体阳性，1例痰抗酸杆菌阳性，其余结核抗体阴性，3例患者表现为2个脏器感染，6例通过病理组织活检诊断，6例发热者在抗结核治疗3~7d体温降至正常，2例患者在治疗过程中出现轻度肝功能异常，7例出现高尿酸血症，1例出现移植肾排斥反应。8例患者7例痊愈，1例肺结核患者死于肺部真菌感染。6例发热者在抗结核治疗3~7d体温降至正常。

Results Among all 25 cases of lymphangioma,Within 20 cases of cystic lymphangioma,single cyst was showed in 14 cases and multilocular cyst was showed in 6 cases in plain scan,and little enhancement of capsule wall and septal in 8 cases in enhancement scanning. Cystic-solid mass was showed in 4 cases of cavernoma lymphangioma in plain scan,and solid part of mass was enhanced obviously in enhancement scanning.1 capillary ymphangioma showed the skin and hypodermic thicking,and part of area showed little beehive-like feature. Enhancement scanning showed slight irregularity enhancement.

结果 25例淋巴管瘤中20例囊性淋巴管瘤，CT平扫14例表现为单一囊肿，6例表现为多房性囊肿，囊腔内见有分隔；增强扫描8例出现囊壁或间隔的轻微强化。4例海绵状淋巴管瘤平扫均表现为囊实性肿块，增强检查实性部分有明显分期增强；1例毛细管型淋巴管瘤表现为局部皮肤及皮下组织的增厚，部分区域见有小蜂房样表现，增强扫描见有轻度不规则强化。

结果45例中，胆管结石29例、炎症5例、胆总管囊肿2例、恶性肿瘤9例。29例胆管结石在T1WI及T2WI一般表现为胆管内单个或多个圆形、卵圆形的低信号，磁共振胰胆管成像示梗阻端呈圆形或杯口状信号缺失；9例恶性肿瘤中7例显示梗阻部位T1WI为低、等信号，T2WI为等、稍高信号的肿块灶，MRCP示梗阻端呈&截断&状或&鼠尾&状狭窄。

Results CT displayed the lesions located in the bladder neck and triangle area in 7 cases, in the right anterior wall in 1 cases, involve the entire bladder wall in 2 cases. Eight cases showed the local thickening or nodular or flat dune-like shape thickening of the bladder wall, the size of the lesions were 1.0cm × 0.8cm ~ 4.3cm × 5.9cm, two cases showed the diffuse thickening of the bladder wall. Cystal low density were demonstrated in 2 lesions.The bladder exine were smooth in 9 cases.

结果 10例CG中CT表现为膀胱颈部和三角区7例，右前壁1例，累及整个膀胱壁2例。8例CT平扫表现为膀胱壁局限性增厚或呈结节状、扁丘状突向膀胱腔内的软组织密度影，大小1.0cm×0.8cm～4.3cm×5.9cm，2例膀胱壁弥漫性增厚，边缘光整。2例病灶内可见囊性低密度区。9例膀胱外壁光滑。

Two groups of patients both obtain diammonium glycyrrhizinate, vitamin c, inosine, maintenance treatment of water electrolyte balance.treatment group decoct soup daily on the basic treatment of western medicine, the control group use potassium-magnesium aspartate injection.results in the treatment group 17 cases are markedly effective, 9 cases are effective, 4 cases are invalid;in control group, 8 cases are markedly effective, 9 cases are effective, 11 cases are invalid.

两组患者均予甘利欣、维生素c、肌苷、维持水电解质平衡治疗。治疗组在西医基础治疗上每日煎服自拟的凉血活血退黄汤，对照组采用门冬氨酸钾镁注射液。结果治疗组显效17例，有效9例，无效4例；对照组显效8例，有效9例，无效11例。两组比较差异有统计学意义。

Result: The main ADR of Qingkailing injection respectively were allergic reactions , then dermoreaction 40 cases (47.62%), allergic shock 21 cases (25%),drug fever 6 cases (7.14%), the nerve system damage 10 cases (11.90%), the respiratory system damage 5 cases (5.95%) and the blood system damage 2 cases (2.38%).
