Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound(1) Renal occupied lesions: the contrast-enhanced imaging feature of renal cell carcinomas are multiformity. It was different in time of start-enhancing and start- expurgation and intensio.3 cases revealed wash-in contemporarily and 6 cases revealed wash- in quickly in time of start-enh ancing.In time of start-expurgating, 3 cases showed wash-out quickly, 3cases revealed wash-out contemporarily,3 cases showed wash-out slowly,6 cases revealed a higher contrast enhancement and 3 cases revealed a even contrast enhancement in enhancing intension; 4 cases with renal cyst s,outline had more clear and inside had no contrast media washing in and enhancing;3cases with renal angiomyolipomas washed in slowly,washed out slowly and equal or low enhanced ; 2cases with renal columnar hypertrophy were no outline appearance and the same enhancement and ech o as the nomal rena tissue.

超声造影诊断结果：(1)肾占位性病变：9例肾透明细胞癌，其超声造影表现多种多样，造影后肾脏恶性病灶造影开始增强的时间、开始廓清的时间及增强强度不等，在开始增强的时间方面，与正常肾皮质同时灌注增强的有3例，表现为快进的有6例，在开始廓清的时间方面，快退3例，同退3例，慢退3例，在增强的强度方面，6例病灶表现为高增强，3例为等增强表现；4例肾囊性病灶，超声造影轮廓较二维超声清晰，但内部始终未见增强；3例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤表现为慢进慢退，回声呈等、低增强表现；2例肾柱肥大超声造影无明显包块轮廓出现，造影增强的动态变化时间、强度与正常肾组织一致。

Results MRI findings of central neurocytoma are specific in 5 cases. The ganglioglioma was found in the tempora and occipital lobe in 7 cases,in the brainstem in 1 case, cystic-solid tumor was observed in 5 cases with extramural nodule in 3 cases, obviously thickened gyri were revealed in 1 cases and central necrosis in 2 cases.The 3 cases of Lhermitte-Duclos disease include the specific molecular layer imaging features.

结果 5例中枢神经细胞瘤有一定的MRI特征，3例诊断正确。8例神经节细胞胶质瘤中，7例位于或主要位于颞、枕叶，1例位于桥脑和延髓，表现为囊实性者5例，实性部分位于囊外的有3例，呈实性表现为局部脑回增厚者1例，囊变坏死明显者2例。3例小脑发育不良性节细胞瘤有特征性的条纹状或分层状表现。

Methods From January 1998, sixteen patients suffed from osteosarcoma(6 cases), chondrosarcoma(3 cases), gaint cell tumor(6 cases) and fibrosarcoma(1 case) arising from femur(5 cases), tibia(5 cases), humerus(3 cases), fibula(2 cases), radius(1 case).

1998年1月起，我院对16例肢体恶性骨肿瘤（按病理骨肉瘤6例，软骨肉瘤3例，骨巨细胞瘤6例，纤维肉瘤1例；按部位股骨5例，胫骨5例，肱骨3例，腓骨2例，桡骨1例）行骨肿瘤局部切除术及术中放疗加植骨。

Methods:35 cases of otic neoplasms confirmed by clinic and biopsy, including 16 cases of acoustic neuroma, 3 cases of facial nerve neuroma, 10 cases of glomus jugulare tumor, 3 cases of carcinoma of middle ear, 3 cases of congenital cholesteatoma. All cases had CT examination and some of them had MRI examination when needed.

35例经临床病理证实的耳部肿瘤，其中听神经瘤16例，面神经瘤3例，颈静脉球瘤10例，中耳癌3例，先天性胆脂瘤3例，全部病例均行CT检查，根据需要部分病例行MRI检查。

Results: 13 cases with 19 bone broken points,the positions are at dens ,side plank of atlas,occipital,plank of axis,processus spinosus etc.23 cases with axis and atlas half dislocation.Of which,16 cases were with pure dislocation,7 cases with rotating dislocation,11 cases were with swollen at the side of vertebra,2 cases with depressing of vertebral artery,5 cases with continued narrowing of vertebral canal.

结果：13例共见19处骨折，部位分别为齿状突、寰椎侧块、枕骨、枢椎椎板、棘突等，寰枢关节脱位23例，其中单纯性脱位16例，旋转性半脱位7例，11例合并椎旁血肿，2例见椎动脉受压，5例继发性椎管狭窄。

The front suture width of axis and atlas joints and the shift degree of dens were also measured.results: 13 cases with 19 bone broken points,the positions are at dens ,side plank of atlas,occipital,plank of axis,processus spinosus etc.23 cases with axis and atlas half dislocation.of which,16 cases were with pure dislocation,7 cases with rotating dislocation,11 cases were with swollen at the side of vertebra,2 cases with depressing of vertebral artery,5 cases with continued narrowing of vertebral canal.conclusions: ct has the advantage of quickness,safety and high density discerning,it can reveal details of acute axis and atlas damages,so it has great importance to treatment scheme making and to the prognosticate.

结果：13例共见19处骨折，部位分别为齿状突、寰椎侧块、枕骨、枢椎椎板、棘突等，寰枢关节脱位23例，其中单纯性脱位16例，旋转性半脱位7例，11例合并椎旁血肿，2例见椎动脉受压，5例继发性椎管狭窄。结论：ct具有快捷、安全、密度分辨率高等优点，可明确急性寰枢关节损伤细节，对制定治疗方案及估价预后具有重要作用。

There were male 14 cases,female 16 cases.28 cases had the clinical symptom,including 9 cases abdomen tumour (30%),8 cases abdominal pain (26.6%),7 cases hematemesis (23.3%);2 cases were discovered by physical examination.

男14例，女16例。28例均有临床症状，腹部肿块9例(30.00%)，腹痛8例(26.67%)，黑便7例(23.33%)；2例体检发现。

The average age was 27.8 years, and there were 47.5% patients with malignant change, the average age of them was 35.9 years. The choice of operative procedures included total proctocolectomy with ileostomy in 60 cases (26.0%), subtotal colectomy+rectal polyposis electrocautery in 63 cases (27.3%), total colectomy or proetocolectomy with ileo-anal anastomosis in 12 cases (5.2%), total colectomy or proctocolertomy with ileal pouch-anal anastomosis in 19 cases (8.2%), subtotal colectomy+rectal mucoscctorny, through the muscular sheath of rectum ileo-anal anastomosis in 22 cases (9.5%), ileal pouch-anal anastomosis in 47 cases (20.3%), and subtotal proctoeoleetomy in 8 cases (3.5%).

术式选择全结肠直肠切除＋末端回肠腹壁造口术60例(26.0%)，全结肠部分直肠切除＋回肠直肠吻合术63例(27.3%)，全结肠直肠切除＋回肠肛管吻合术12例(5.2%)，全结肠直肠切除＋回肠储袋肛管吻合术19例(8.2%)，全结肠部分直肠切除＋残留直肠黏膜剥脱＋经直肠肌鞘回肠肛管吻合术22例(9.5%)，全结肠部分直肠切除＋残留直肠黏膜剥脱＋经直肠肌鞘回肠储袋肛管吻合术47例(20.3%)，部分结肠或直肠切除术8例(3.5%)。

Result: The cases with obvious effect, effective, inefficacy in treatment group and control group was 9 cases, 6 cases; 12 cases, 9 cases; 2 cases, 5 cases, respectively.

结果：治疗组9例显效，12例有效，2例无效；对照组6例显效，9例有效，5例无效；两组总有效率比有显著差异（P＜0.05），两组均无严重不良反应。
