Methods Nineteen cases with negative findings of other routine inspections such as B supersonic, CT, gastric endoscopy, and colonoscopy were analyzed. Among them, there were 5 cases with abdominal pain, 2 cases with diarrhea, 7 cases with obscure gastrointestinal bleeding, 2 cases with abdominal pain and melena, and 3 cases both with abdominal pain and diarrhea. Double balloon enteroscopy was performed on these 19 cases.

19例经B超、CT、胃镜、肠镜等常规检查不能明确病因的患者，其中腹痛待查5例，腹泻待查2例，不明原因的消化道出血7例，腹痛伴有黑便2例，腹痛伴有腹泻3例，接受双气囊小肠镜检查，评价其病变检出率、并发症及患者的耐受性等。

Results All of the 8 cases were abnormal in ultrasonography. There were more than 2 parts of anomalies in 7 cases (7/8), heart anomalies in 5 cases (5/8), holoprosencephaly in 2 cases (2/8), single umbilical artery in 2 cases (2/8), Dandy-walker syndrome in 1 case (1/8), and other anomalies such as cleft lip and cleft palate, diaphragmatic hernia, omphalocele, esophageal atresia, malformation of radius, club hand, club foot. Four cases were polyhydrmnios and 3 cases were IUGR.

结果 8例18三体综合征胎儿声像图均表现为胎儿结构异常，7例(7/8)超声表现为两个部位以上畸形，5例(5/8)合并心脏畸形，2例(2/8)为全前脑，2例(2/8)为单脐动脉，1例(1/8)为Dandy-walker综合征，其他畸形还有唇腭裂、膈疝、脐膨出、食道闭锁、桡骨发育不良、手畸形、马蹄内翻足、小下颌。4例(4/8)合并羊水过多，3例(3/8)宫内发育迟缓。

Tissue Preparation: 159 cases of paraffin sections of lung carcinomascomprised of adenocarcinoma (84 cases), squamous cell carcinoma (42 cases), smallcell lung carcinoma (10 cases), large cell carcinoma (15 cases), pleomorphic carcinoma(4 cases), and metastatic colon carcinoma (4 cases), and 86 adenocarcinomas fromsome organs other than lung, including colon (15 specimens), stomach (5 specimens),prostate (5 specimens), breast (35 specimens), uterus body (11 specimens), ovary (10specimens) and thyroid (5 specimens) were chosen from the surgical files ofYamanashi University Hospital and Kofu City Hospital.

标本来源：159例肺癌及其癌旁组织标本包括84例腺癌、42例鳞癌、10例小细胞癌、15例大细胞癌、4例多形性癌和4例肺转移性结肠癌，以及86例全身其他组织腺癌及其癌旁组织标本包括15例结肠腺癌、5例胃腺癌、5例前列腺癌、35例乳腺癌、11例子宫内膜腺癌、10例卵巢癌及5例甲状腺癌，均来自日本山梨大学附属医院和甲府市立医院外科手术标本。

Methods HALS was used in 202 cases including 94 cases of hepatectomy, 29 cases of splenectomy, 28 cases of modified Sugiura procedure, 4 cases of combined hepatectomyand splenectomy, 41 cases of combined hepatectomy and choledocholithotomy, one case of combinedhepatectomy and total hysterectomy and 5 cases of combined splenectomy with choledocholithotomy.

Results In 7 cases of odontoid process fracture, X-ray demonstrated 4 cases and CT demonstrated 5 cases, whereas the spiral CT reconstruction diagnosed 7 cases, which could display the displacement of fracture clearly. The X-ray and CT showed asymmetric space between left and right gaps of atlantoaxial joint in 6 cases, while spiral CT reconstruction showed normal and excluded the possibility of atlantoaxial dislocation. There was one case of lateral atlantoaxial joint dislocation, which was demonstrated by the spiral CT reconstruction clearly but not by the X-ray and CT scan. There were 3 cases of atlantoaxial congenital deformity (1 case of absence of both posterior arch of atlas and odontoid process and 2 cases of maldevelopment of the odontoid process), which were displayed clearly by spiral CT reconstruction, but misdiagnosed as odontoid process fracture and atlantoaxial subluxation by X-ray and CT scan.

结果 7例齿状突骨折中，X线显示4例，CT显示5例，CT重建确诊7例，且清楚显示骨折移位情况；6例X线、CT显示寰枢椎左右间隙不对称，通过CT重建排除寰枢关节半脱位；寰枢外侧关节脱位1例，CT重建可清楚显示，而X线片和CT平扫均未能显示；寰枢椎畸形3例，分别为齿状突、后弓缺如1例，齿状突发育不良2例，CT重建均能清楚显示，而X线、CT均误诊为齿状突骨折、寰枢椎半脱位。

Result:among 45 patients with AIDS complicated by pulmonary tuberculosis,10 cases with one lung segmental infiltrations,6 cases with 2 lung segmental infiltrations, 4 cases with 3～5 lung segmental infiltrations, 20 cases with diffused lung infiltration , 5 cases with negative lung presentation, among these, 10 cases complicated with PCP , 8 cases with fungus infection, 5cases with bacteria infection confirmed by pathogen test.

结果：45例艾滋病合并肺结核患者，病灶累及1个肺段的10例，2个肺段的6例，3～5个肺段的4例，两肺弥漫性分布的20例，肺部无阳性表现者5例，其中病理证实同时合并卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎10例，合并细菌感染8例，合并真菌感染5例。

Results: In the 13 cases, the CT diagnosis show that five cases of low-density lesions of Bilateral hepatolenticular, five cases of globus pallidus, one case of Bilateral hepatolenticular with corpus callosum, one cases of External capsule putamen, one case of Putamen with the caudate nucleus, three cases of low-density of Bilateral lobi frontalis and lobi parietalis, one case of unilateral putamen hemorrhage, three cases of cerebral atrophy.

结果 13例中，CT示双侧豆状核低密度5例、苍白球5例、双侧豆状核伴胼胝体1例、壳核伴外囊1例、壳核伴尾状核1例；双额顶叶低密度3例、单侧壳核出血1例、大脑萎缩3例。

目的 探讨双侧基底节区对称性低密度病变的CT诊断价值。方法回顾性分析肝豆状核变性5例、中毒性病变5例、Wernicke脑病2例、Huntington氏大舞蹈病1例的CT平扫表现及临床意义。结果 13例中，CT示双侧豆状核低密度5例、苍白球5例、双侧豆状核伴胼胝体1例、壳核伴外囊1例、壳核伴尾状核1例；双额顶叶低密度3例、单侧壳核出血1例、大脑萎缩3例。

Of the 60 patients, chronic nephritis 27 cases,acute serious nephritis 3 cases,essential hypertension 9 cases,diabetes 9 cases, multilocular cyst 6 cases,lupus nephritis 6 cases were enrolled. 60 CRF cases with four phase,including the phase of compensation of renal malfunction,the phase of no-compensation of renal insufficiency the phase of azotemia and the phase of renal failure,were divided into three groups.

Results Postoperative complications in COPD group and nonCOPD group included wound dehiscence (2 cases to 1 case), wound infection (3 cases to 7 cases), pneumonia (14 cases to 6 cases), respiratory failure (8 cases to 2 cases).
