Motheds: to select 336 lomars with pulposis or apicitis from the aged and to devide them into two groups. in group the control group,the illed teeth were given only the root canal therapy. in group the experimental group, according to the difference of every root canal, the unobstructed root canals were treated by root canal therapy. while the obstructed ones were given the root canal resinifying, use two kinds of therapy method together to molais' pathological changes.then their curative effects were observed after two year.

选取336例中老年人患有不可复性牙髓炎、牙髓坏死、牙髓钙化、牙内吸收和急、慢性根尖周炎的患牙358颗，随机分为对照组和实验组，对对照组行常规根管治疗，对实验组则根据每个牙齿各根管的不同情况，采用根管-塑化联合治疗，观察2年进行临床评价。

Results In average:(1)The transverse diameter of the optic canal was (3.57±0.61) mm, the longitudinal diameter was (4.82±0.38) mm, the length of the inner wall was (12.62±2.59) mm, the length of the outer wall was (10.18 ±2.19) mm, and the length of the optic canal was (11.46±2.35) mm. The angle between optic canal and the middle line of the skull was 34.34°±6.48°,the angle between optic canal and the intraorbital optic was 10.69°±6.48°.

A new general kinetic equation was derived in which the effect of the removal of condensation water was taken into account completely, and was applied to the polyesterification kinetic study of AA/HPHP and AA/NPG. It was found that the reaction order of self-catalyzed polyesterification was not constant. For these polyesterifications, the reaction order was 2.5 at a low temperature, while 3.0 at a high temperature.
