To collect forty-five NSCLC patiens that correspond to our qualification. All the object were treated by LCEHART radiated by 6MV/15MV X-ray, antero-three weeks adopted normal radiotherapy 2GY/F/d,the dose of the large radiation field reached 30GY/15F/3W then adopted LCEHART, the fractionation dose of the forth week, the fifth week and the sixth week was,1.3GY/F/Bid, 1.4GY/F/Bid, 1.5GY/F/Bid, the interval was six to eight hours, the total dose reached 72GY/45F/6W, and the dose of chorda spinalis was restricted below 40GY.

收集符合入组条件的NSCLC43例，采用后程逐量加速超分割放射治疗(NSCLC：采用6MV/15MV的X线照射，前3周为常规照射2GY/F/d，总剂量30GY/15F/3W即开始后程逐量加速超分割放疗，第4，5，6周每周分次照射剂量分别为1.3GY，1.4GY，1.5GY，每天2次照射，间隔6-8小时，均为每周5天，总剂量72GY/45F/6W，脊髓剂量限制在40GY以下)同步两周期化疗(NP方案：盖诺25mg/m2 ，静滴d1、d8，顺铂25mg/m2，静滴d1-3，同时水化、利尿、止吐)。

结果表明：剂量为2.0～8.0kGy时，辐照对核桃粉中的总糖、粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量无显著影响；辐照后的粗纤维含量有一定的增加，但不显著；辐照对核桃粉中的月桂酸和肉豆蔻酸含量基本没有影响，对棕榈酸、棕榈油酸、硬脂酸、亚油酸、花生酸和亚麻酸含量有一定的影响，但不显著；辐照后核桃粉中的油酸含量随辐照剂量的上升而显著增加，剂量达到8.0kGy时，油酸含量增加了4.3%。8.0kGy以下辐照对核桃粉色泽、气味、口感无明显改变。

Two hundred 16-day-old of age commercial broiler chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups as follows: 50 birds were exposed to normal temperature (20℃) and peritoneally injected with normal saline as control group; 50 birds were exposed to low temperature (7-9℃) and peritoneally injected normal saline as low temperature group; 50 birds were exposed to low temperature and peritoneally injected with low dose BQ123 as low temperature low dose BQ123 group; 50 birds were exposed to low temperature and peritoneally injected high dose BQ123 as low temperature high dose BQ123 group.

Results Recurrence and metastasis in surgery, full-dose preoperative intracavitary irradiation, non full-dose preoperative intracavitary and radiotherapy alone groups were 19.8%, 8.1%, 22.2% and 34.6%, respectively. The recurrent rates of vaginal stump were 6.2%, 1.6%, 11.1% and 11.5%, respectively. The rates of proctitis and cystitis in full dose preoperative intracavitary irradiation group were 3.2% and 3.2%, 2.8 and 0.0% in non-full dose preoperative intracavitay irradiation group, and 0.0% and 3.8% in radiotherapy alone group.

结果手术组、术前腔内全量放疗组、术前腔内非全量放疗组及单纯放疗组的总复发转移率分别为19.8％、8.1％、22.2％、34.6％，其中阴道残断复发率分别为6.2％、1.6％、11.1％、11.5％；放疗并发症中，放射性直肠炎、膀胱炎的发生率，术前腔内全量放疗组均为3.2％，术前腔内非全量放疗组分别为2.8％、0.0％，单纯放疗组分别为0.0％、3.8％。

Result:(1)The CTDIw in low dose group was 34.9％ of the index in conventional dose group;(2) The image quality in low dose group mostly was better,but inferior to that in conventional dose group,and all images were qualitied for diagnosing.

结果：（1）低剂量扫描组的CTDIw吸收剂量仅相当于常规剂量的34.9％；（2）低剂量组图像质量以较好为主，较常规剂量组稍差，但未出现不合格图像，不影响诊断。
