Results showed that biomass of the ground part of Juncus Effuses was inhabited to a certain degree. When the dosages of the heavy metals added to the soils were close to Grade II Criteria of the State Soil Environmental Quality Standard (GB15618-95), Juncus Effuses could still grow normally in appearance though its yield decreased by 10%, however biomass of the underground part was not much affected.

Results showed that DCF with different dosages could increase the frequency of micronucleated erythrocytes markedly,except the first injection of the dosage with 5 and 10 mg/kg,every group caused an increase in the frequency of nuclear abnormality erythrocytes,the effects in cell membrane and cytoplasm were less than the effects in karyon by DCF,and the most toxicity was exhibited after the second injection.
结果表明,注射DCF后所有剂量组均能引起中华蟾蜍红细胞微核细胞率显著升高;除5,10mg/kg剂量组在第1次注射后较对照组低外,其他注射剂量和次数均引起核异常细胞率升高,DCF对细胞膜与细胞质的影响小于其对细胞核的影响,在4次注射中以第2次注射后对红细胞的毒性效应最大。

Results ⑴ The cell proliferation was inhibited by TET. It showed thatdivision index and cell number during G0-G1 were decreased, while S and G2-M phases were lengthened with dosage and time dependency in dosages of TET from 2mg/L to 8mg/L; besides, oval-shap cells, karyopyknosis and fragmentation were observed under light microscope. The inhibitory effect in T2 group was statistically similar to that in triamcinolone.

However, the inhibition ratio would decrease when dosage over 8-80μM.

In this paper, the action mode of NMA in the traditional polyacrylate emulsions was studied by extracting the traditional self-curable PA latex film before curing and comparing the properties of two kinds of model latices A and B. Where model A was prepared according to the traditional self-curable PA latex and the model B was a blend of polyacrylates emulsion and an aqueous solution of poly-NMA. The total proportions of the ingredients were adjusted just the same as of model A. The influences of monomers, the dosages of crosslinking monomer A and emulsifier etc.
