Curing kinetics of epoxy resin and the effects of different compositions on curing reaction were researched by using the differential scanning calorimeters. Relationship between curing temperature and curing converting rate had been studied. Curing conditions for the system were determined. Modified nano-Al2O3/epoxy resin and core shell/epoxy resin composites were prepared by means of blending method. The influence of the composition on the properties was discussed.
