Normal cross section areas of scalene anterior muscle is 1.3793±0.0948cm2, normal CT value is 54.594±2.0106; 2 Cross section form of patient anterior scalene muscle is irregulation, adherence to tissue around, boundary not pure. Statistics display this area and CT value has obvious significant difference in symptomless group and patient group(P.01); 3 After one course, it shows 87.5%/100% of success rate and valid rate respectively in the short-term, as well as 71.8%/93.75% in the long-term.
