The practicality of using rough set to reduce the date was discussed, in this paper, and the interval-valued continuous attribute discretization by applying self-organizing map neural network clustering was proposed, too. This article proposes a simplified indiscernible matrix's method, which reduces the example's condition attribute and eliminates the redundant information of the date. What's more, it provides the methods used to diagnosis compressor's faults based on the intelligence hybrid system by adopting the MATLAB neural network workbox. At last, the functional modules which make up into intelligence hybrid system for fault diagnosis was introduced, including: data acquisition module, date preprocessor module, date reduction module, neural network module, fault diagnosis module and fault expressing module. Here, the article also gives the flow of work of all the above modules.

objective to evaluate the role of mr perfusion weighted imaging in preoperation diagnosis of meningiomas.methods mr perfusion weighted images was performed in 47 patients with meningiomas followed by conventional imaging.results the mean rcbv values of angioblastic was the highest in the parenchyma of tumor.the mean rcbv values of malignant group was the lowest.the biggest mean rcbv values among different type meningiomas was statistically significant.the biggest mean rcbv values between benign and malignant group meningiomas was statistically significant,but not in the peri-tumor edema.conclusion the rcbv values were useful in the preoperative differentiation diagnosis of different types of meningiomas.those in the peri-tumor edema were useless in the preoperative differentiation diagnosis of different types of meningiomas.

目的 探讨磁共振灌注成像技术对脑膜瘤术前分型及良恶性鉴别的临床应用价值。方法对47例脑膜瘤病人行mr灌注成像检查，对5种亚型的良性脑膜瘤的mr灌注成像进行分析，并与非典型性及恶性脑膜瘤进行比较。结果血管瘤型脑膜瘤实质部分的rcbv值均数最高，恶性组脑膜瘤的rcbv值均数最低。各亚型间瘤体实质最大rcbv值均数间差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05)，良恶性脑膜瘤实质部分最大rcbv值均数间差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05)。瘤周水肿区的rcbv值均数间差异无统计学意义(p＞0.05)。结论 rcbv值对脑膜瘤术前分型及良恶性鉴别有所帮助，而瘤周水肿区的rcbv值对脑膜瘤分型及良恶性鉴别未显示临床实用价值。

Results:Fractures in body,angle and ascending branch of mandible could be showed fine by all these imaging methods. 3D-CT was better than 2D-CT and conventional X-ray plain film in diagnosis of fractures in condyle and coronoid process. Conventional X-ray plain film was poor in diagnosis of the maxillary fractures.2D-CT and 3D-CT were similar in diagnosis of the maxillary fractures.3D-CT showed the jaws fractures directly and stereoscopicly.

The paper studies fault diagnosis technology based on fruticose gas pipe network which is universal in small towns,and gives a particular description of domestic and foreign gas pipe network fault diagnosis technique based on hardware and software currently. The author uses graph theory to build up hydraulic analysis model of natural gas network and presents its solution methods. Besides, the author works out the relation between gas pipe pressure and flux in unsteady condition of fluid flow according to pressure boundary condition and differential equation group, and puts forward fault diagnosis methods and steps of the fruticose natural gas pipe network of middle pressure based on the simplification of this relation.

This article reports three cases of the ageotropic form of HC-BPPV that were cured by rapid head rotation. The three cases demonstrated that rapid head rotation was an effective maneuver to treat cupulolithiasis on the utricle side. It is recommended that rapid head rotation can be used for therapeutic diagnosis: If nystagmus subsides immediately after this maneuver, the diagnosis is cupulolithias is on utricle side. If nystagmus changes into the geotropic form, the diagnosis is cupulolithiasis on canal side or canalolithiasis in the anterior arm of horizontal semicircular canal. A repositioning maneuver for geotropic form can then be applied to treat these patients.

本实习课程内容主要有植物病害诊断技术之介绍及训练，包括病徵诊断，解剖诊断，病原分离培养接种极鉴定，生理生化诊断，生物诊断，免疫诊断与核酸诊断技术。

RESULTS: In this series, 6 cases showed hematemesis, 2 showed melena and 5 showed both symptoms. All cases underwent endoscopic examination after being hospitalized; 11 cases received a positive diagnosis by endoscopy (11/13, 85%), the success rate of first endoscopic therapy was 91%(10/11), and 4 cases were treated by laparotomic surgery (4/13, 31%). Among them, definitive surgery was performed under the guidance of endoscopic hemoclipping in 2 patients who failed to be treated by endoscopy. In another 2 cases, diagnosis was missed by endoscopy and definite diagnosis was made only following exploratory operation or on the basis of pathology after the operation.

结果：13例患者临床表现为单纯呕血者6例，呕血伴黑便者5例，单纯黑便者2例，所有病例入院后均行内镜检查；其中11例经内镜确诊(11/13， 85%)，首次内镜治疗成功率为91%(10/11)。4例经手术治疗(4/13， 31%)，其中2例内镜治疗失败者在内镜钛夹指引下实施确定性手术，另2例内镜漏诊者靠手术探查或术后病理确诊。10例随访患者无1例复发。
