In the experiment, an approach was made to the cause of DRP and the mechanism of it's prevention and treatmend by acupuncture. 本实验对糖尿病性视网膜病变（Diabetic Retinopathy，DRP）的成因以及针刺防治DRP的作用机理进行了探讨，实验结果表明：糖尿病大鼠（1）血浆TXB2及TXB2/6-ket0-PGF1α比值均显著升高，提示其血小板机能亢进，内皮细胞功能损伤，具有血栓形成倾向；（2）红细胞滤过指数（Filtration Index，IF）显著增高，提示其红细胞变形能力低下，携氧运行功能降低，是造成视网膜缺氧状态的因素之一；（3）呈持续高血糖状态，与视网膜血管基底膜增厚及管壁细胞减少有关；（4）血清生长激素（Growth Hormone，GH）水平明显升高，既是导致基底膜增厚的重要因素之一，又促进VWF合成，参与血栓形成倾向。
