Based on the result, this paper ranges 11 cites by the level of the sustainable development status, and then, appraises the sustainable development of cites synthetically in LangFang.Part four: sustainable development strategy of LangFang city.

In this dissertation, the studies on teacher professional development in western countries were schematized and a concise description of research history was given, which would be the basis for understanding the research background and assimilating the existing research results.
