Firstly, the background and the significant of the research is discussed, modern software engineering and its development is also outlined, and the present states and the reason of using the modern software engineering in power systems are also analyzed. Secondly, related theories and methods of the modern software engineering are systematically given in details, which establish the basis of the software development with the software engineering in power systems. Thirdly, the necessity of the developed power system software with the software engineering is analyzed deeply and the key techniques in carrying out the software development with the software engineering are discussed. Based on these, a concrete approach about the software development with the software engineering is proposed. And then, the software design process of 'GPS synchronous monitoring system of Hunan power grid'is given to demonstrate the utilization of the approach proposed. This thesis introduces the development of the market of automobile consumer credit overseas, and finds out the reasons why overseas automobile consumer credit leads to the successful development of automobile industry. It also analyses the causes of the slump in the market of automobile consumer credit in the country in aspects of influential elements such as economy,policies,society,consumption norms and so on. It has a deep discussion on some obvious problems in this field. For example,the market of automobile consumer credit is of no scale; the prices of automobiles are high; taxes are heavy and expenses are too much; average residents still have low income and no definite balance between income and predicted expenses; there is no perfect social credit system and individual credit system; there is not enough awareness of credit among the public. KISC shall not adopt the hot metal pretreatment of desiliconization, dephosphorization and desulphurization, but the end-point converter process to improve the dephosphorization effect. But according to the development plan of KISC, with its scale development, upgradeof equipment and technical conditions and implementation of a plan to use high-phosphorus ironstone, its more suitable to adopt the converter-shaped pretreatment of desiliconization, dephosphorization and desulphurization.
