To improve detection efficiency and result accuracy, we developed an improved multiplex PCR technique for specific detection of GMO.①The assay strategy involves multiplex PCR amplification of the target with several biotinylated primer pairs in one tube, followed by the hybridization of multiplex PCR products and membrane-bound oligonucleotide probes. The ordinary edge detection methods such as Sobel and Canny operators are immune to noise, which result in cophasal axes discontinuity due to lack of edge information caused by noise. In order to extract cophasal axes more continuous and immune to noise, a novel approach is developed based on edge detection. Firstly, the median filter and improved Sobel method are used to preprocess seismic section images. Secondly, the threshold value is determined automatically based on variance to detect abnormal information. Finally, the complete cophasal axes are extracted after a post-processing.

In the Sixth Chapter, the Wavelet analysis method is introduced in discussing some acoustic imaging problems related to the physical background of the ultrasonic detection. In the light of the solution of some theoretical problem in the 2D Wavelet transmission of two components form, the enhancement and identification of the spotty and fibriform faults of the acoutic image, along with two acoustic image deblurring methods based respectively on the acoustic physical feature analysis and the acoustic image's spatial feature analysis of the object, are realized. Therefore the image degeneration problem resulting from the acoustic beam diffusion or the acoustic focus diffusion in the ultrasonic detection are effectively improved. The software for this purpose has also been developed.

Aiming at the currently shortage of XML streams quality detecting, this paper proposes a new forecasting method of XML streams quality by least squares support vector machines, which is used the method of XML keys' vector matrix as windows, and vector product wavelet transform to multilevel decompose and refactor the XML streams series, that can fulfill real-time checking demand of XML quality, and ensure constraint, consist- ency and integrality. For even more adapting net load, it proposes a control strategy by weight and adaptive adjustment to ensure XML streams quality.
