In this paper, several traditional models for computing are introduced at first. Conferring probability theory, the load boundary condition of that collector is analyzed, the characteristic values of Tubesheet in different design reference periods are computed. Based on homogenization method, after lots of numerical experiments, the mechanical characteristic of Tubesheet controlled different structure parameters is studied, and an empiristic formulas that could simplify Tubesheet to stiffen plate is gained. Then, G-M method is employed and Tubesheet is simplified to a normal plate.

In order to further investigate the relationship of SP and ESCs, we design two level experiments —in vitro and in vivo. In vivo, firstly, We establish the nomal rat full-thickness wounds model, and employ integrin β1 keratin 19(K19)、 keratin 15(K15)、 Brdu as ESCs markers to conform the existence of ESCs in the granulation tissue of Group Capsaicin (rats were subcutaneously injected capsaicin pre-injury to damage sensory neuron and block the secretion of neuropeptides), Group Control, and Group SP (rats were injected SP in the wound postinjury). Secondly, as diabetic skin lacking of SP due to extensive pathological changes of sensory ending, we make a hypothesis:one of the main reason of unhealing wounds on diabetic patients could be insufficient SP which lead to fewer ESCs recruitment around wounds.

The design was optimized for maximum signal intensity by simulation and experiments. The size of focal spot in the micro-channel capillary was optimized. Fluorescence signal was enhanced 2~3 times when increasing the diameter of focal spot from 10μm to 50μm (full of the inner wall of capillary), through which the sensitivity and signal-noise ratio were also improved. A technique of using refractive matching liquid was presented. The fluorescence signals were boosted up and the signal collection efficiency was also meliorated when using this method.

On the base of comparatively analysis about various design method to piles cap, a new compound material——steel fiber reinforced concrete is first applied in piles cap. The modeling experiments on 9 three-pile caps and 15 four-pile caps specimen are carried on, the mechanic characteristic of piles cap and obvious effect of adding steel fibers into concrete are analyzed in detail, which provide reliable experimental basis for establishing the loadtransferring model of piles cap.
